I have had the worst experience with…

I have had the worst experience with this company, after buying their products for the last 4 years, I am now done. The have horrible customer service. I placed an order and realized that I clicked on the wrong delivery address. I canceled the order with in 5 minutes. I have emailed texted and called, the only reply that I have gotten is from A.I. I have just disputed the charge with my credit card company.
I love the products, but the customer service is horrible
