Used to buy these products in the UK at…

Used to buy these products in the UK at multiple retailers including boots. Suddenly, it was discontinued everywhere because they changed the packaging. The other place I can buy them now is through their website, where I am paying £17-£20 for shipping. I don’t qualify for the free shipping even though they keep offering me a coupon code for “free shipping” but it doesn’t work when added to my cart. Finally, I sign up for the loyalty program (don’t bother! Waste of time) and I get my points, and they won’t let me use my points on the sale. So they actually expect me to 1. Not be able to use my earned points during a sale and 2. Pay double the amount of a product for shipping. Literally a joke. This company doesn’t care about their international customers. To make things worse, I actually contacted their Instagram and email, they said they’d get back the to me before the sale is over, and they haven’t. Honestly don’t bother with this brand. I worked in cosmetics for years and they’ve rebranded so many times it’s embarrassing. Their products aren’t worth the hassle.

price gouging/hiking, no integrity

I've been using Versed Skin as a staple in my routine for the past 4 years now. last year in October, one of their most popular products, the "Sunday Morning Serum" became unavailable for sale through any vendor besides VersedSkin.com. when the product did finally restock in around December, it was listed for $32 on Amazon, Walmart, and Target. on the Versed website however, it is listed as the normal price of $19, so when you do a web search for the product it will tell you their website has a uniquely "low price" when it's simply the normal price. Versed has been made aware on multiple occasions about these massively price discrepancies which they have refused to address or rectify, they simply refer people to the website for the "lowest cost", which means paying extra for shipping in comparison to Amazon and Walmart. I have reached out to the brand multiple times via Instagram DM and email to the company only to be completely ignored when I ask for specific details and a resolution. This company is allowing their products to be sold for insane mark-ups so they can claim to have the lowest cost when in reality it's simply a dishonest marketing tactic. they don't respect their own customers enough to be honest or even acknowledge this issue and will not fix it so they can continue lying to customers.

Good experience

I've loved their products. Shipping has always been fine for me. I wish that they didn't end their recycling program, though. Now they want you to take your old containers to Target instead.

Buy it at Target/in person…

If you're company is so overburdened with business that you can't handle replying to customer communications, you have bitten off more than you can chew.

I placed an order on the 12th, a Friday after 1pm, and expected to here back from them the following week. Its the 22nd and I haven't gotten a single update. I deeply regret doing business with them, I have no idea if I'll be able to get my money back, and if you're reading this and trying to decide whether or not to place the order, please don't. I don't want that for you and hopefully you don't either. Everything costs too much these days to be trifling with people's time.
