Great fun, only wish I had booked a bit longer to improve my surfing. Jake is a great surfing and yoga guide.

I wish I could give it 5+ stars. Tucked away on a more or less of-grid site near Newquay, we camped very comfortably and were well looked after by Max and Victor. I emailed back and forth with Jey before coming out as I had special dietary requirements and I needn't have worried. I was looked after. We were quite a big group (about 18) and we had a great time socialising and sitting round the campfire laughing and toasting marshmallows till late into the night. The lake was wonderful to swim in too. Even though we used compost toilets and showered (nearly) in the wild, it was really clean and comfortable - I loved it and I feel it contributed to the spirit of why we were there... to have adventure, surf and be in nature. We were a relatively mixed group in ages and even though I was the oldest (being 50) I didn't feel it!! So if you're hesitating about booking, don't. You're made to feel welcome and it's fun all the way. The guys worked their socks off and still sat around the campfire socialising with us. They made it all look effortless. Thanks to everyone for such a great experience.
And finally I just want to say a big thank you to Zoe the yoga instructor. It was the best yoga sessions I'd been to and wish I could come to her classes. 💚✨

Great equipment, an amazing location so easy to get to and really friendly staff

I've had good experiences over 2 separate occassions with Cornish Wave Surf and Adventure, thanks to their friendly, calm and professional staff.

Their pricing for some products was a little out of my range, but paying the extra pounds was definitely worth it. The thoroughness and great attention at what they do and friendliness made my experience really good so I'd happily be back for other services/new adventures.

Greg from Cornish Wave took 6 guys of mixed ages on a coasteering experience. Absolutely brilliant. Great instruction, super route along the coast building up to some super jumps into the sea. Whole group enjoyed the event and Greg couldn't have been a better group leader. Thanks

Amazing! This is our third time coasteering with Cornish Wave and it was absolutely fabulous - thank you! Our instructor, Victor, was brilliant with his encouragement - we traversed, climbed, swam in caves and jumped from mighty heights (for us anyway!). Another brilliant experience 🤩. See you next year!

Went coasteering on the 18/07/21 led by Sean, have to say he was excellent really friendly and knowledgeable. He led us around the coast with some great jumps and traversing, would highly recommend if you are here , it is the best way to spend a couple of hours, will definitely be revisiting when back in the area.

Such a great experience Coasteering and cliff jumps with Max. We all jumped from much higher than we ever would have expected, and climbed, clambered and swam most of the time. Max is Very professional and responsible, highly recommended. Do explore deep water jumps and clambering adventure. Truly a wonderful experience.

Absolutely fantastic! We had an amazing time and highly recommend Jey and all his team. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. And Jey was brilliant with his knowledge and he was so kind and patient with my nervous, over chatty son!

I don't tend to write reviews often but had such a great experience Coasteering with Max while on holiday in August that I felt I had to shout out about it!! We chose the Coasteering after discovering it on a previous holiday and then reading all the reviews on here. As a family of 2 adults, a 13 year old and a 9 year old, we opted for the private family session as we'd never done it before and didn't know what to expect. Max was amazing. He took time to explain everything so that we all felt safe and knew all the correct procedures for jumping etc. He tailored the session to our family which was brilliant. He broke us in gently with some small jumps, a natural whirlpool and swimming in and around a cave. We explored an old smugglers tea cavern, had a belly flop contest (which I won, lol!) and generally had lots of fun. The pinnacle of the session was the last jump - a pretty high one and not for the fearless - 10M!!! We all did it but I must emphasise that there was no pressure from Max whatsoever. We only had to do what we were comfortable with but Max instilled such confidence in us that we all felt brave enough to give it a go. We were all shattered by the end of the session but we all had an amazing time and agreed that it was a unique experience and money really well spent. Can't recommend Cornish Wave enough. Give it a go, you won't regret it!!

What a day to remember!

We spent the afternoon learning how to surf with Max and what an experience! None of us( my friends and I) had done any surfing before but Max was very fun, relaxed and a great instructor who put us all at ease and boosted our confidence to be able to give the waves a go. We enjoyed it so much that we then hired out some wet suits and boards the next day before we left.

We had a great morning with Max, our guide. He really put us all at ease and built our confidence so that we could have a go at everything that he showed us. We all jumped from much higher than we ever would have expected, and climbed, clambered and swam for the whole time. A great pace for the morning left us pretty tired at the end! Meeting the seal in the cave was really special too.
Would definitely recommend this experience- fab time!

A fantastic morning coasteering. Max and Matt were brilliant guides - very calm and clear and fun too. The equipment was immaculate and all safety precautions sensibly taken. The exhilaration of being in the “spicey” sea and leaping off rocks and cliffs was fabulous and all members of our party, age range 11-49, had an epic time. Thank you Cornish Wave.. we’ll be back!!

Great team! Great activities.
Stayed Friday night in the WildCamp for a StagDo - the place is amazing. a little muddy but once in camp it was perfect. The Saturday we done Surfing and Coasteering, both really well planned and enjoyed by all.

Amazingly fun weekend jumping from heights and out in the surf. Max (coasteering and surf instructor) was fab and the ‘wild’ camp was far more than I was expecting. Overall and excellent weekend - it was a shame to have to leave.
