A straightforward experience
A straightforward experience. A good website that made booking easy, a location near enough to the airport, good staff, a quick shuttle bus and an easy collection process upon return.

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, friendly, and supportive, the service is really helpful and easy to use and they give you all the information you need and if anything should change a direct contact number or email. Easy to book and easy to arrange and a bus route directly to your terminal no fuss at all really convenient. I have used them 3 times now and will continue to do so.

Came to pick up my car
Came to pick up my car. The office had a strong stench of weed. It looked like there was Only one member of staff on site. My key wasn’t in the office. The man behind the counter told me he’d deal with the other customers and then “grab my key”
I was first in the office but last out.

We're sorry to hear that your return experience did not meet your expectations.
Having reviewed your booking and our CCTV, we noted that your booking was made with a return flight due to land at 02:50, however you arrived back at our reception at approximately 00:44, more than two hours earlier than expected. As a result, your vehicle had not yet been prepared for collection. We also cannot find a record of a collection call being made, which would normally alert us that you had returned early.
Once you arrived, your key was retrieved as quickly as possible, and our records show you waited approximately five minutes.
Regarding your comments about the smell in reception, we have investigated this internally. All members of staff on duty that evening are non-smokers, and with a busy reception area and customers coming and going, any odour would not have originated from our team.
Finally, at the time you entered reception, one member of staff was temporarily away from the desk. This has been confirmed by our CCTV, which is why only one colleague was available to assist customers for a short period.

Booked as per normal via login but came up as card failure. However booking went through and confirmation sent. Had to call to double check. All ok, but not as clear cut as usual. Helped by a lovely lady called Brook.
