I've always had a good experience with…
I've always had a good experience with Contact Security. The engineer arrived to do the annual full service of the alarm within the timescale given and was very polite and efficient. On arrival he put on carpet protector covers on his boots which I appreciated greatly, as I had just bought a new light coloured carpet and didnt want it marked. I thanked him for doing that and he said it is company procedure for every household visit. The little things matter

From the outset this company gave the best service and always put me ( the customer ) and my requirements first. The first person to answer the phone, the sales expert, the engineer who fitted the alarm all showed the same level of knowledge and commitment to provide the best customer service and therefore the removal of my old system and the fitting of my new one was seamless. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Guys left a bit of a mess outside so I would have given 4 stars but when I spoke to the office the way they dealt with that issue was great so upgraded to a 5. I’ve phoned a couple of times and the office staff are really great.

Contact have been doing our alarm for a few years now
We recently upgraded to there new Ajax system which is really good and easy to use. The installation was fast easy the guys that done it were very professional.they spent the time to explain it to us,had no problems with it, the system is so easy to use we can easily keep a eye on our shop. The staff first of all the fitters are first class they know what they are doing and will work round the customer.If you need to call contact directly the girls are very helpful (Megan McBride) superstar but to be fair they all are. We will have no problem dealing with this company again the product is good and the price is right

Engineer came last Tuesday to install update to system. Was here nearly 4 hours tying to install update.
Had to call next day as the system wasn't working.

I have been with Contact Security for many years now. I recently added CCTV and a video doorbell to my alarm system and the work was carried out on time to my satisfaction.
