Great customer service, taking away the hassle and making the process simple
I was struggling to access my old CSCS account when i needed to renew my card due to change of work and email address.
William Jones was fantastic. He took all the hassle out of the process, arranged my test for me, arranged the card once I passed and sorted the email issue so I now have full access to my online account with my new card.
