Having paid £65 for the first part of my Green card application which I passed I then I had to pay £120 for the level 1 HandS which I passed but was told did not do the room sweep in time I did the sweep in about 20 seconds? But was not told how to end it !! So just waited for the test to start I can not afford another £120 so I am requesting you pay back the money I have spent on this money making course looking forward to hearing from yourselves thanks Mr John Siddons

Hi,
Sorry to hear that you had trouble with the initial checks for the Level 1 HSA online exam. The initial checks last one minute and there is a timer on the screen to show this. They only begin once you click 'Start Initial Checks'.
Unfortunately, if the checks are not completed within this window, the exam cannot be passed. The rules are outlined and agreed to before starting.
You would not need to purchase the entire course again and can purchase a retake instead.
Please note, the requirements for a green card can be found on our website.
Really good communicators
Really good communicators, course booked and my test completed. Had a few problens with CITB with some of my records being incorrect from the last test 5 years ago. This was sorted for me quickly and very happy with the service.

getting card was ok but my black card…
getting card was ok but my black card is now a white card - I have been a manager and professional for 35 years and now all of a sudden I am an academic? Your shoe does not fit my foot - your way of assessing card type does not work for me - I work in the office managing work and teams and I am also on site every day making sure stuff gets done. I am also qualified with 2 degrees, HND, ONC and 2x chartered with NVQ'S as well. I am academically qualified but also a manager and a professional.

CSCS rules and requirements may change over time.
Your provided qualification now falls under the category for a CSCS White card, rather than a CSCS Black card. I hope this answers your question.

Unfortunately, CSCS white cards cannot be renewed. They can only be processed as a new card once the current one expires.

Took like a week for my username and password to come through, and that was only when i chased it up,
Need to make it clear for the tests, so i done 5 and thought thats it done and then you have to do another 2 hour test. They should really make things alot more clear

The login details are automatically sent out and sometimes end up in the junk/spam folder.
Our website states that you need to complete all training modules followed by the online exam.
Each of the 5 modules has a short quiz at the end to ensure that the content was understood.
The online exam lasts one hour.
