This company pays Google to go to the top of every search related to CITB or CSCS and basically confused me in to purchasing through them and overpaying by £30. Silly me.
That being said, they did do the thing they were being payed for, they were responsive and helpful. Thank you to EVA for the efficient and helpful service.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. In my experience, the entire process felt misleading and deeply unprofessional. I was initially charged £40, which was later lowered to £20, yet the service I paid for was never actually delivered. They offered booking dates that they themselves couldn’t provide, and instead of securing anything through the official CSCS/CITB website—as any competent service would—they simply charged a hefty markup for doing absolutely nothing.
Charging a £20 “admin fee” for a service that never happened feels completely unfair and unreasonable. No test was booked, no card was applied for, and the company failed to deliver what they advertised.
For anyone reading this, you can book the test yourself directly through the official CITB website for a much cheaper and transparent price.
Based on my experience, this company wasted my time, failed to provide the service I paid for, and offered poor value from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone.
