Very happy with Conrad…
Easy to find what I needed and easy to pay for the order. Delivery was actually on the day and date given in the email in spite of Easter being in between.
Conrad is a shop to be reckoned with. I'm glad for this possibility still being here for us.

Goods not well packed
I ordered 8 packages of high quality Canon Printer Paper of 500 pages each. The 8 packages came in two rather large boxes without any protection inside the boxes. Therefore, all of the paper wrappings around each of the 8 packages were ripped open.
There was definitively a problem in the packaging and delivery of the products.

Cancelled order for no reason, total scam
I took advantage of a nice discount on an electronic item, but a few days after placing my order, it was cancelled — out of stock according to customer service. The problem is that the item continued to be sold for several more days, just without the discount. In short, this company is a complete scam.

They refused to cancel an order a few…
They refused to cancel an order a few hours after it was made. It was 1 in the morning when it was made and 5 when it was cancelled. They refused saying it was already shipped. This is not true and they didn't want to cancel, probably just to make a sell. Sad
Update: only now, almost a full day after did it go for shipping. Proving company is lying

Although your package hadn't been shipped yet, it was already loaded onto the truck. Unfortunately, a cancellation was no longer possible.
You have a 14-day return period with us and can return the delivery.
