Conrad is a reliable e-commerce with a functional web interface and a responsive customer service.
One of the products I bought in my recent order had an issue, and the process of replacing it was very efficient and free of charge for me.
After buying here for a second time, I can say that the only issue with Conrad can be delivery, because the only available courier is UPS, which is a problematic service: it would be great to have two shipping options, perhaps at different prices.
During the last couple of years UPS has failed to deliver in my area many times, and sometimes they even lose parcels.
