I use composelimited for my dietry plans and workout routine and have been doing so for about 2 years and even my results within 3 months were beautifully shocking would 100% recommend buying one of their plans

Bought my heavy weight resistance band about 4 months ago and I can honestly say it has improved my technique in the gym so much and left me with such prominent results!!! Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of buying one of these.

Compose Limited has helped me gain more confidence in my self. They reached out to me about a month ago and I had fears of going into a public gym on my own as I’m not the skinniest and never really entered a public gym on my own before I’ve only ever done personal training. I suffer from an underactive thyroid which does not help me lose weight it slows it down completely which made me lack a lot of confidence. With compose limited I can do the gym at my own pace and they Will still encourage you no matter what. The coach’s are exceptional and give you there best advice possible. I am so grateful for them to come across and pick me.

In my first week of using a compose limited lower body gym plan and so far absolutely loving it. Consistency is definitely something I tend to struggle with sometimes but it helps so much to have a plan ready at use and that works for me too. Excited for the rest of my journey would definitely recommend if your unsure of where to start or just even need a more structured routine

I joined the at home and at the gym 12 week workout program. I did this for three weeks. I found this program really good and I was quite impressed with the workouts, meal prep guides and other guides given witching the programme.
However when trying to get in contact with my coach through WhatsApp given within the pack seemed to be a struggled.
I had messaged twice with my order number and name as asked to do so and they would reply at least 24 hours they didn’t reply for days. This is why I messaged twice.
I ended up getting a reply to which seemed to be a generated message asking to have some form of ID I replied with this and didn’t get a reply for at least a week.
I ended up getting a reply to where I asked about protein intake the ‘coach’ said they would look this up for me and reply that day, I’m still waiting to get a reply.
To add to the WhatsApp situation their profile picture did keep coming on and off which I found a bit strange too.
I found that just buying a compose limited workout programme doesn’t exactly give you the motivation you need, it is like giving a book to a child who can’t read. There is no education towards the workout your doing and motivation towards loosing and gaining weight. Fair enough you may get the results but what if I didn’t? I wouldn’t know where I was going wrong or even right due to having no guidance.
I just think it takes a lot for someone to even go to the gym and start a plan and they need that motivation and especially the education behind it all. I think as well it’s not just building up your ‘dream body’ it’s building up your confidence and mental health as well. And you really don’t get any help with this. It’s all up to you and only you to motivate yourself and this takes a lot for many people.

My experience with this business has been great because they provided me with lots of important information and easy steps on how to get started. Very friendly and clear customer service and communication!

Just started my program with compose and I’m loving it already, the plans have everything you need and help keep your right as a gym starter!

I first spotted compose limited on a mutual friends instagram story, I then noticed that there pictures of peoples progress was amazing, so I then wanted to try it myself, since the workout coaching programs I have became more motivated and more confident in myself, from getting out the house more, to being the perfect weight for me, they have pushed me to achieve the goals I had set for myself and, the help the offered was outstanding (online coaches), the workouts that I used from the program was LGA (legs, abs, glutes) it’s started of easy and got a little harder along the way, but I would highly recommend compose limited since they’ve been such great help to me!
