James from Celtic came to us to do a major fire alarm test and EML test. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgable. We’d had a problem with an alarm point and the previous company we used weren’t able to sort it and James took the time to look into it and got it fixed. Really conscientious guy who did a thorough and great job.

Great team effort
Rebecca Burton was my first point of contact via the phone and she made a great first impression of Intrasafe. Then dealing with Henry Scriven was easy and professional; he made the extra effort to visit the site at short notice. Then during testing Sebastian Barat was clear on what needed testing and why. Seb was diligent and professional. The whole team did a great job.

Jack quickly and efficiently resolved a problem I had regarding follow up work following an alarm installation. When I called the office, Jack totally understood what needed to be done and explained very clearly how my problem could be resolved. He got back to me within a matter of minutes to tell me next steps.

Great Service
Engineer carried out our annual fire extinguisher service professionally and efficiently. He was polite, friendly and explained everything clearly. He also left the area clean and tidy and provided some helpful recommendations for improvements. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.
