Young man was very pleasant and explained what needed doing. Staff were helpful to him too when he requested entry into locked rooms. He has been here a few times and always polite and friendly.

Matt from Logic was friendly, kind, and respectful to everyone he met in the house. He clearly explained the purpose of his visit and answered all of our questions in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. When staff asked him to take a look at a faulty fire door, he was happy to help and fixed the issue. His professionalism, helpful attitude, and excellent communication made the whole experience very positive. Highly recommended.
