Item was shown to be in stock (Sterex SX-B), so I ordered and paid, including extra for next day delivery as needed urgently, only to receive an email saying it couldn't be delivered delivered for 10 days. I was told there was a "notice on the machine sales page" stating this. I checked thoroughly several time and couldn't find any such notification, so either non-existent or just very unclear. I saw the same photos for the machine, same price and quicker delivery time by same company/person on ebay?? Bought from someone else.

Hi ...really sorry for the confusion. We did clearly state that we could not post for 7 days as on annual shut down. We did also issue a full refund immediately. Any beauty machine repairs or servicing requirements in the future we would love the chance to show that we are a 5 star company.
