When complete savings works it works very well to provide a cash back service however several flaws with some of the things it does.
There is a £250 monthly cash back limit however I received £208 instead of £600 from a summer holiday. I queried this- to be told I had exceeded my monthly limit!!!

Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund

Far easier than I thought and a genuine company with great customer service!
I was very wary when I signed up as lots of these sites have bad reviews and I was concerned as I have autism and ADHD so I usually find things like this a nightmare but I have to say Complete Savings is brilliant. If I’ve ever had a problem understanding what I’m doing, their customer services have been there for me to resolve it. And it’s always been an issue my end, not with them!

Ok, but you have to fight for claims
Some claims are rejected incorrectly and you have to fight to get them validated. But you can save a lot of money if you use them extensively.

A page popped up while making an online Iceland order, using Iceland's exact colour schemes, so it looked like a further page to receive an Iceland online discount. It appeared at exactly the same time I made payment, so I didn't question it. It has no connection to Iceland! It's another sham company and what a horrid and deceptive company. Their goal is to deduct £18 monthly while pretending to offer a discount of some sort. I won't use Iceland again either after this as they enabled this link on their site.
I Contacted my Bank, Iceland, and complete savings.co.uk. to cancel immediately I have no idea if my personal details including address and bank details are now safe? Doubtful. A Nightmare. Who needs this in their life?
Look up the other 1* star reviews for similar experiences to my own. I hadn't even heard of this company before. Disgraceful.
UPDATE after reply: If it's such a legit company then why not advertise your services instead and proudly on your own website? Why the need to use a pop-up at payment stage that [that has absolutely NOTHING to do with your company whatsoever?]
The fact that companies allows this at payment stage is deceptive, and proves that customers are of less value than your company paying money to said companies. It's all about money. Link your company, fine, but this isn't that. Is it? Why do you pay for your pop-up page only at the payment page only?
is this for my benefit? Or yours? The reason I'm here is because of your Deception.
How about if I want your product, then I'll seek it out?
