Awful. I didn’t knowingly sign up to complete savings, I’m guessing it was an add on advantage to a purchase. They have been taking £18 a month from my account for years. Zero savings made as I was completely unaware I was a memeber, all emails to say I was a membership had gone straight to junk- only when exploring my account did I find j had been changed for years. Currently trying to report this underhand company who are counting on people not knowing they are even signed up!

Works well
I have been using complete save for a number of years, and over that time saved thousands of pounds. The one thing you must do is follow the instructions and only order things through the complete save otherwise it does not work!!

Just a little feedback on my experience with complete savings , I noticed payment's were coming out of my bank and was unsure why.
When looking into this I had mistakenly joined complete savings not actually realising what I had actually done.
When contacting customer services they were really good and cancelled this straight away,
After paying a substantial amount of money for a number of years i asked for a full refund,
They emailed me a claims form which i filled in straight away and within a couple of hours they advised a full refund would be given.
5 stars for customer service but people need to be aware of what they are actually signing up for which could be made clearer.

they charged 3 years without sending a single email about the confirmation. It is like a fraud transaction I detected after 3 years!!!!..after realizing this i tried few websites and all are blocked.. so basically it is a marketing stuff.. and waste of money…

Horrible experience I was mislead and miss advised that if if I signed up I would be able to claim my train ticket price back and upon signing up I had a 7 day trail and after realising I didn’t want this service i cancelled my membership through their website and I have still been charged and they have to recollection that i cancelled it tried to call customer service which was unhelpful I feel like I have been miss advertised an been charged for there error would advise everyone to stay well clear of this company
