I am delighted with the product
I am delighted with the product. Very fast delivery BUT l gave only 4 stars because DPD courier just dumped my order in a public area without even letting me know it was there.
A neighbour carried the hea y parcel up the stairs to me. I am disabled so l am not impressed with DPD. COMPLETE CARE SHOP I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Terrible Customer Service
The listing wasn't very clear, so I missed the fact that the crutches were not fully adjustable. I didn't even know that there were crutches like that. Obviously, that is on me. I have however, given one star because the way I was spoken to was terrible. At one point, one of the people I spoke to was very patronising - something I would never expect from a company that deals with disabled people. I wasn't overly happy with the £12 charge for returning. Nor was I happy about the refund being less than I was told. I even double checked the amount with them, but I was misled about that. I do not recommend buying from here, because of the customer service issues. I went with another company in the end who were lovely and really helpful.
