When the return was originally raised, and during the call to arrange collection, no issues were mentioned regarding damage to the packaging or concerns about the item size. I also spoke with you this afternoon to discuss this matter further.
The item sent matched the order placed, so it was not deemed incorrect. As the return was processed as a non-faulty item, a £12.00 collection fee was applied in line with our returns policy. This is a standard charge issued by our office rather than on an individual basis.
That said, we do appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the box and will take this feedback on board.

Misleading website items were not in stock
I ordered three grab bars which the website said were in stock. I received an email confirming my order and informing me it was being processed. As the grab ⁹bars still had not arrived after 10 days I rang to enquire when I would receive them. I was told they would look into it. I received an email back to inform me that they were not in stock and wouldn't be available until well into June and possibly not even then which of course was completely unsatisfactory. I then cancelled the order but I have still not received a refund. I shall not deal with this company again.
