Purchased this item with the brush to remove pale pink dye transfer on my new sofa, it's not made any difference at all.

Very bad colour match for my Porsche 911 grey interior. A previous purchase from Colourlock was excellent when they had a UK base but everything is in Germany now and the customer service is non existent. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions to resolve this, but unfortunately there is no reply. You receive a ‘ticket’ to fob you off in thinking you are in line to be contacted but nothing is forthcoming.
Please do not buy from this company. They are a total rip off. Very expensive too. You have been warned!

Sent lots of emails and spoke to customer service. They still haven't processed the order. Reading all the latest reviews, they obviously have a serious problem. The UK website is now closed down, buyer beware.

Please use a half decent courier company!!
Why on earth cant you use a decent courier other than worst in the entire world called: royal mail?! they are without a doubt the most useless courier company!

Purchased a pro kit, which is not cheap, and shipped it to my offices in Miami, but COLOURLOCK shipped my order to a different destination

I called usps and they confirmed that the address on the package is different, it's been more than 10 emails to colourlock, no solution, they don't answer the phone nor emails. Had to spam their Facebook and instagram, but still not a single reply from those channels.

There are more companies that sell leather correction, it's my best advise to avoid this company because they are not being their customer service at all.

I was a bit put off by the most recent reviews on Trustpilot but decided to go ahead as Colourlock gets great reviews online for repairing / dyeing car seats and leather steering wheels.

I ordered on 4th June and received on 11th June which given the product was shipping from Germany to the UK in 2024 is fine.

I’m sure the product itself is excellent, looking forward to having a fresher looking car.

Communication via WhatsApp was good.

I would love to give Colourlock 5 stars but I have emailed them twice now with photos, asking for advice on which of their products I would need to repair my car seats and they just don’t reply! I am deaf and find phone conversations of a technical nature confusing, which is why I prefer to email. Why can’t they just reply, saying they’re busy and will get back to me or something just so I know they’ve received my emails? Poor customer service, so I will now go elsewhere for the products I need.

Ordered and 6 days later it's still not dispatched. I gave up and ordered elsewhere. But they refuse to cancel and still saying "order will be passed to shipping"

Just ignore all the content of my emails. Just keep repeating the same stuff. I complained about the time to ship and lack of comms and to cancel my order. The response: "thanks for your message, its going to be passed to our shipping soon". No apology. No recognition of my request to cancel. And now had about another 2 emails still saying "Passed to shipping soon" even though each time i tell them to cancel

Raise a charged back with paypal. Had enough.
Don't rely on them delivering in any kind of decent timescale. And don't rely on their support even replying a) in a timely manner or b) even reading your emails.

They've had plenty of time to sort this, but they don't care.

Bought an Alcantara and fabric protection kit. I used the the fabric cleaner and instructed clearly in the easy to follow instructions and video walk through. This cleaner caused chemical burns and etched into my plastic door trim on my brand new limited edition car inner door panel. This has caused over £1000 worth of damage to my brand new car. Colourlock denied any admission of guilt by offering a credit for the cost of the product worth an insulting £25! Why would you offer a credit if there's 'nothing wrong'. I called my local dealership to quote for the inner door panel, it was quoted at £851 to renew not including vat or labour to replace. In my opinion, I have suffered an inferior product with no regard to others personal property. Luckily I was wearing PPE- imagine what this chemical could do to your skin if it can melt plastics or worse if you didn't wear a level 3 mask, In my opinion they only care about profit and are not willing to resolve their problem. No response leaving me to consider legal action to recover my losses. In my opinion I will never buy a product from this brand ever again and I am hoping my review helps people make a decision to think about using it on their pride and joy. This is a true experience and all communication emails have been retained for security and training.

Excellent color match and the instructional video was more than extremely helpful to guide me in the repairs of my leather seats.

Excellent service. Item was received in 3 days and performed perfectly. Brought some black leather repair to fix some chub rub on a car seat. Made it disappear in a few coats

Great product the colour match was spot on for my Mini. The seats had started to show wear in the leather it has now almost impossible to see where the damage had been. very impressed

Used this on a leather suite. Blended in ok but then a few weeks later leather started to crack.
Unsure whether I would use again.

This product is excellent and, IMHO, the best on the market. Not only is it a great product, but your Youtube videos provide step by step instruction that allows an amateur, such as myself, to produce a professional quality finish to leather products. I've had leather furniture and car seats in the past and didn't realize I wasn't really taking proper care of them. Now, I can repair tears in the fabric, fill in cracks, repaint, and restore leather to a like new condition. We just finished our leather chesterfield sofa and will be working on our auto seats next. Kudos for having such a great product, follow up and service.

The BMW black worked great to cover up some scratches and nicks in my 2012 BMW 128i convertible. The match was perfect and it looks like new!

Perfect for making invisible repairs to tiny imperfections on leather goods. Nothing better!
