Bought a set of floor mats, because their website advertised orders would be delivered in 2-3 days, which meant they'd arrive before my new vehicle did. PartCatalog did not even ship the floor mats for 5 days, and the mats did not arrive until 15 days after the order was placed. I have sent two emails to them over the past week, with no reply. Poor shipping, poor customer service. I will update this review if they reach out and offer a remedy.
This company advertises "Get Parts that Fit Your Ride Perfectly" but they sold me door molding strips that were 2" short for the place on the vehicle. Not too large so they can be trimmed, but TOO SHORT.
