Normally use a select few online sites to purchase things but decided to give these guys a go to purchase a printer. Ordered on the 20th then received a call on the 21st from a condescending sales lady asking why I had chosen this printer and that she could find me a cheaper printer to run. The recommended printer was £500+ more and running costs were 200% more than the one I had chosen.

After chasing them on email (Which we didn't get a reply) the printer turned up on the 26th. To cap it off, we found that they had charged us £9.99p carriage when the site clearly states free delivery. Needless to say, we won't be using this company again.

i have a printer that would cost £35-40 to fix but a LOT of spare ink cartridges for but the model is discontinued, found a similar model that i can use the ink with on this site so i'm happy

Why leave items on the website and say they are in stock when they are not because they are discontinued. Even let me order a printer and take my credit card details, no email confirmation and nothing to tell me I wasnt getting my printer. I had to ring them and chase up my order.

Ordered a printer that was clearly out of stock, but not shown as so on the website.
After waiting a week and after 2 emails emquiring after order rang only to be told not available and nearest replacement was over £100 more expensive - and still not in stock.
Goes to show price isn't everything.

A mickey mouse firm, needed a printer asap so purchased from CLP, at the end of the next working day received an email to contact them. Was told the printer was discontinued 6 months ago and only had it listed for sale so people could find the inks for it, work that one out. I even went and purchased the inks for it from somewere else. Very poor firm and buy at your own risk....

I bought a printer from this company on-line and they shipped it as promised next day. They did however call me to verify the delivery address and that someone would be in to accept the delivery. When I received the printer I realised that it wasn't exactly what I needed and that I'd made a mistake. I called the company expecting a load of hassle regarding this, but they were very helpful and agreed to swap it for a model which actually did exactly what I needed, which was to print double sided on heavy stock! I guess with all companies it can make a difference who you speak with, but the person dealing with my printer advice was really very good. Their prices were as good as everywhere else I looked, the service was excellent, the phone was picked up within seconds when I called, and the customer service team who dealt with the collection of my first printer were very proactive. I cannot fault this company, I notice that their toner prices online can be beaten, but the sales rep said he'd match any price I could find online when I need some, I'll see about that at the time!
