Spent time looking on various sites to find a reasonable printer on a limited budget. Found what I was looking for with Colour Laser Printers. Ordered my printer Friday lunchtime, but had a call from them awhile later saying that the printer I ordered had been discontinued. They were very helpful and offered several alternatives and was able to offer a discount to help with my budget. I now have a better spec printer for my money and they still managed to get it to me on Monday.

Ordered a Xerox printer and toner bundle. The website does not make clear the toner is NOT genuine Xerox toner. Tried to return but they refused to give a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will be taking this further as the un-genuine toner was miss-sold and they have a right to refund under the distant selling regulations. AVOID

Quick delivery of wireless printer server

early days as have only just placed order. order process easy though.

It was great to be able to find a good selection of printers at very competitive prices, I wanted something for our small golf club and was able to find just the thing, bit older but great price HP Color Laserjet 1600. As I already have one of these, know it will do the job so it was a no brainer to buy.

The online ordering was no problem, just waiting eagerly for it to arrive.

I ordered a printer from the website, which seemed to indicate that it would be available. The next day came a commendably early call to my wife (as I was at work) advising that, although the printer was advertised on the website, it was no longer available. An alternative was offered, but at over twice the cost (plus VAT). A further call followed while I was still at work, wanting to speak to me as the card holder and then promising to call later, when I returned. No call came, despite my waiting in, so I went elsewhere for my new printer - a lost opportunity for the company.

I placed an order for two machines showing in stock on their site.
I also spoke with them by telephone during which they checked and told me that they have stock.
After ordering & payment the order was confirmed and an order reference issued.

I enquired the next day, as there was no e-mail with despatch, delivery, and tracking details as stated in the order confirmation page
I was told the order was already with the courier for delivery before five THAT DAY.

Sounded GREAT. How refreshing. Wonderful. A really efficient company.

Fly in the ointment though.

Upon enquiry as to where is my order.
They have cancelled my order.

WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
Adam(Sales manager) - We are out of stock.
Me - So you CANCELL an order rather than get stock.
Adam - "NO STOCKS OF MACHINE NATIONWIDE"
Me - How about Brother the manufacturer.
Adam - They do not have any either.
Me - So they run a promotion(cash back offer) on a machine they have no stock of.
Adam - Yes they often do that ...

This went on with Adam lying his head off to me.
He would make sure my money was refunded in full.
(Thanks Adam !, I want the machines. The reason for the order in the first place)
Also Adam - Confirmation page states - money only taken from card after dispatch.
He would contact Brother and try to arrange something with them for me.
I think he must have been just responding with the first thing that came to his mind.

Anyhow. He said he would send an e-mail explaining everything and what he would do in lieu.

e-mail had no explanation whatsoever.

Adam & Co. PLEASE STOP LYING TO US.
SALES OPERATIVES ALREADY HAVE A POOR REPUTATION
YOU REALLY DO NOT HAVE TO BUILD ON IT.
