My dress was beautiful! I was very leery about ordering my bridesmaid dress online at first. I did not know whether it would fit or if it would come on time. I am pleased that everything worked out well. My dress was rather large when it arrived. However, this was due to my weight loss journey. The dress arrived early enough for me to have it taken in. I would definitely recommend this company.

Colorbridesmaid was amazing! I got my first bridesmaid dress in perfect timing, but I ended up being pregnant so the dress didn’t fit. Their staff worked fast with me to get a new dress to fit my baby bump and it fits perfect! And it arrived so fast I didn’t even realize it would be here! I can't say enough great things about Colorsbridesmaid .com. I love my dress completely it fits perfectly.The shipping Partner in the USA said they delivered it but didn't. Colorsbridesmaid even though it wasn't there fault remade my dress and shipped it with 2 day delivery. Amazing customer service!!!

Color bridesmaid was awesome! I got my dress in time for my cousin’s wedding. They worked with me closely to get my measurements to ensure they had them correct. I recommend them to everyone! And they are reasonable with pricing!

I didn’t think people still offered customer service like this, but this company was so easy to work with and they really went the extra mile. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and they emailed someone else in my bridal party because they had received a few orders for the same dress/same color and wanted to make sure they dyed all of our dresses from the same dye lot if we were all together. That’s beyond what I expect from customer service, but then I received another email from them confirming that I had double checked the size guide since their sizes don’t match typical US sizes. I had used the size guide, but I still think it’s exceptional that they take so many steps to make sure the customer gets exactly what they’re looking for. My dress came more than a week sooner than they said it would, and the fit is perfect.

A few of the girls in my party didn’t receive their dresses quite as early as I did, but when we emailed them to check on delivery dates, they responded immediately (the other dresses are on their way and scheduled to arrive ahead of time). Between the five bridesmaids, we emailed the company quite a few times, and every reply was quick.

Purchased my dress at this site about 15 days ago. Today, I received my dress and I was so excited that it arrived so soon. I chose custom size. It was tedious to get the exact measurements that they asked. I was so worried that I had messed things up with the measurements, but the customer service guided me all the way, what patience. Excellent customer service! My dress fits me perfectly. It is beautiful and made awesome. I am very happy and satisfied :D

They made my dress wrong. They used the wrong measurements and they did adhere to the return policy and refunded me my money

Like many people, I was skeptical to order my bridesmaids dresses on line, but I knew I wanted the whole, same color-different style look going on, so I went for it. I ordered one of my girls dresses first, just as a test, and it came through 98% perfect! The one strap was just a tiny bit too long, and it needed taken in the least bit at the top. All things we could take care of at home! I was thrilled, and ordered the rest of the girls dresses. All of them came through with minimal alterations needed, (straps shortened and such) and all of my girls are happy with them! They are extremely well made dresses, and beautiful fabric! Customer service was phenomenal, and everything was delivered to me wayyyy faster than I ever expected! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

I was very nervous to order my mother of the bride dress online, but found the one I wanted here. I emailed regularly with my rep after submitting my order and measurements. They even asked for a few more measurements to ensure my fit was correct. The dress arrived by the agreed upon date in time for the Hallowedding and fit!!!

The dresses that I have bought are fantastic and made to fit me perfectly. I love every dress I have bought. I am even letting others know about the website, so they can get dresses as well. Each dress is well made for a reasonable price.

After seeing some comments on here I am HOPEFUL! I'm the bride who purchased the dresses for my bridemaids and the shipping company has lost my package but say it was delivered. I'm really hoping the ladies at Colorsbridemaid can come through for me too like the other comments are saying.

I ordered two dresses from them and had to return one. Their customer service was very kind and helped me out so much. They refunded the whole amount when asked and were very prompt. And although the first dress’ appliqué flowers didn’t look exactly as I thought it was I still wore it to the wedding and received compliments. And the color was very beautiful. I am getting married next June and finally found the perfect bridesmaid dresses on colorsbridesmaid. I was a little sceptical about ordering them because I don’t know anyone personally who has ordered here before and had read mixed reviews. I decided to order one of my girls dresses and see how it was. We sent in custom measurements. I received an email saying the dress had been shipped . Unfortunately the delivery company lost the package. I emailed colorsbridesmaid and explained what happened. I was emailed back very quickly, they apologized (although it wasn’t their fault) and they remade the dress and sent it out again free of charge. Even with all of this happening , from the day I ordered until the day I got the second dress was still only exactly a month! Wow! Was I ever impressed. Then I opened up the dress and it’s so much more beautiful than even the pictures show. It’s so well stitched, the fabric is beautiful and it fits my daughter perfectly ! I’m so pleased with this company. The amount of time they spent just emailing me to make sure I was ok time wise etc (which I was fine with, like I said, weddings not until June so no big rush) was phenomenal! Their customer service is amazing !! I’m placing my orders for my other bridesmaids dresses today and after this I also think I will be ordering my junior bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dress from here as well! You have a customer for life and I’ve been telling everyone I can how well

I placed my order for a dress, received the dress in a timely fashion which I was shocked since they supposedly hand made these to order if you send in your own measurements but non the less I received it. The stitching in the seams of the straps on the dress was completely gone on the right side and coming apart on the left side I noticed that as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. I didn't even try it on because I was afraid of what other seams would come undone if i did. I emailed customer service and was told that I can return for a refund or have it altered locally and they would compensate 40%. They should compensate for it all to be altered since that is the way it arrived. I emailed back expressing my frustration about being compensated only partial but did not get a response. So I emailed back and said that I would just like to return the dress and get a refund, I immediately received an email back with instructions on returning. I wasn't completely understanding what they would be refunding and also if they were going to reimburse me for sending back their damaged product since the post office wants to charge an arm and a leg to return to CHINA so I sent another email..... I have sent two more emails and have not received a word back. I do not recommend ordering from an online dress factory that is located on the other side of the world. I am super upset that they do not want to resolve this issue or show no urgency too!

I ordered bridesmaids dresses for my two daughters for my wedding. They are GORGEOUS! Quality fabric, color is beautiful and the dresses fit perfectly. The service was great and they paid attention to details. I would advise to anyone to provide your measurements for the best fit instead of going with a standard size. I will share pictures after the wedding!

I had a great experience with color bridesmaids. They responded to emails very quickly and once they had all my measurements the dress arrived about week later! It’s a very well made dress. I’m very happy with it and can’t wait to wear it!
