Beautiful nightdresses sent as a gift…
Beautiful nightdresses sent as a gift to my niece about to have her first baby.
Upon reading this review I had a personal call from Cologne & Cotton to apologise and to say a new nightdress in the same style had been sent to my niece. This is outstanding customer service and we were both delighted. Thank you!
Sadly one of the nightdresses had a small tear to the front. In a week when a baby is due this was not a priority for us to sort out - she wasn’t about to send back a return which was a gift. So I suggested she used the damaged night dress and I would get her another one.

I ordered a king size fitted sheet
I ordered a king size fitted sheet, they didn't specify it was a UK king, and not a US king. They knew the order was being shipped to USA, but never mentioned it wouldn't fit my mattress. When I contacted them, they whined about being a small company, and wouldn't send a prepaid return label. They obviously don't care about their customers.

As a UK based company, we display UK sizing on our website. All measurements are available on our size chart, which is linked directly on the Yellow Candy Stripe bedlinen product page. We have many customers in the USA, and we’ve found that the size chart usually provides the clarity needed when choosing the correct size.
We understand how frustrating it can be when an item doesn’t match expectations, however, the item you received is the item that was ordered and in line with our return policy, we cover return costs only when there is an error on our part, or a fault with the item.
