I was quoted $300 & promised an update…
I was quoted $300 & promised an update if it was going over. When I was upstairs they just kept waiting downstairs. I called the women at the desk & asked what happened to them. She said they’re just standing around the truck. They never gave me an update on the clock. They presented me only the final bill at 1080.00. I had to go to the bank. They called & said if I didn’t give them a tip they were going to leave so they left! They left stuff at the other place. They didn’t bother putting the heavy clothes on the racks which they could have done while they were just standing here waiting for a tip. I’m furious! I want to file a complaint w/whoever will listen .i paid bc I’m old & afraid but I have a call into the AG about how I file a complaint. I asked whoever on the phone if they were local & this was what I was afraid of. I knew they were scammers but they overcharged by at least double & robbing elderly disabled women comes w/extra penalties. FYI

The men that took care of my move were very professional. They took great care when moving things to avoid any wall damage and constantly communicated with me throughout the process. I would hire College Hunks again. Their price was very reasonable.
