Everything went smooth. As it was the first time I used the service I had many doubts about possible issues however from tracking the order it was shown that the process works fine from the start until the end. Also the fact that it is possible to select different shipping agencies makes the process even better

The parcel arrived in perfect condition but it took longer than expected. The price was very good so all things considered I’ll be using them again. If only the tracking process was more accurate it would be great.

A parcel-forwarding company that cannot locate a parcel
ColisExpat’s core business is forwarding and tracking parcels, yet they appear unable—or unwilling—to provide the most basic information about mine.
My parcel was marked as shipped on 15 July (after they wrote the wrong label two days earlier), but the tracking number they supplied does not exist on any international tracking systems. I repeatedly asked for the carrier’s name, proof of handover, a valid tracking number, and the parcel’s current location. Instead of answering these simple questions, customer service sent slow, generic, copy-and-paste responses saying that an investigation had been opened and might take a long time.
Their handling of the case gives the impression that nobody is actively taking responsibility. There is no urgency, no transparency, no proactive communication, and seemingly no real concern for a customer whose €300 property has disappeared while under their management.
Even after I opened a PayPal claim ColisExpat still failed to explain whether my parcel is in transit, sitting in a warehouse, being returned, or lost. Refunding the shipping fee without locating the parcel is not a resolution.
This has been an astonishingly passive and careless response to a serious logistics failure. A competent forwarding company should know which carrier it used and be able to produce proof that a parcel was physically handed over.
I expect ColisExpat to stop sending generic replies, locate my parcel, provide verifiable tracking information, and resolve this case properly. I will update this review if—and only if—they provide a concrete solution.

Not a happy customer
Not happy at all from the way my package is handled. It was processed on July 07th and I've paid for estimated 5-13 business days delivery, and now when I contact Collisexpat customer service to understand what happened with my psckage, they ask me to contact them if I won't get the package until Aug 7th! This is a poor service and not the one I have paid for. Not sure if I will ever use them again in the future. In the past their service was much better and quicker.

After checking the latest tracking information, your parcel has now reached the destination country and is currently being processed by customs. The next steps depend on customs clearance and the local delivery network.
The August 7 date mentioned by our customer service corresponds to the carrier’s required waiting period before a formal investigation can be opened if the parcel is still not delivered or updated. It does not mean that delivery is expected only on that date.

It would have been five stars for service but I’ve knocked it down by one due to being repeatedly emailed for a review! Hounding your customers is not the way to go!! Website could be better, clearer and when you select a language it would be helpful if it stated on that language rather than defaulting back to French every time you move to a new screen but otherwise the service was good with no problems.
