I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
I ordered the Nespresso Gran Lattissima from Coffee Friend, and the whole experience was excellent. The delivery was incredibly fast, everything was packaged perfectly. The machine arrived in perfect condition, and they even included a high quality UK adapter for the European plug. Thanks to Coffee Friend, I was able to buy the machine at a much better price than elsewhere without compromising on service. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Good price, lovely machine but not tried out yet. Delivery info not accurate on date originally given. Well packed but euro to UK electrical socket converter damaged before packing (as damaged piece of plastic nowhere to be found inside).

Poor customer service refunds
Bought a toaster and a kettle off coffee friend, after 2 weeks the toaster broke down so I contacted coffee friend for instructions for a refund.
Informed I needed to send a video of the faulty toaster showing it was not working,i explained I was not computer savvy and wanted to send it back for a refund.They replied on insisting I send a video before considering next step. Had to ask a friend to help me send the video to which coffee friend then replied would I like a replacement ,no mention of a refund . Only when I replied again they finally issued a refund.As for the toaster itself (chiato) nearly £60 its no better than a £20 one from Asda .As you guessed won't be using coffee friend again

Delivery and two pin plug
The delivery took over double the expected delivery window and while they did respond to the emails they did not explain why my order was delayed.
Also the coffee machine came with a a two pin plug and uk adapter, which was not clear when I ordered and it makes the plug slot more bulky.
