I am very happy with my experiences with Coffee Friend. I purchased both a Siemens bean to cup machine (excellent price) and 3kg of coffee beans.
I would have given five stars but the machine had a European plug on it with a big clumpy adaptor on a quite short cable. My husband replaced the whole cable he cut from our previous machine, so all is well although he has likely lost any guarantee through doing this. There is a good choice of beans on the site which I will be using to keep us stocked up. Delivery very good, very well packaged.
Now enjoying excellent coffee again.

Great kettle
This kettle has genuinely changed my coffee game, I used to have a stove top gooseneck kettle but even that was a guess game at times. Being able to get the exact temperature you need to extract your coffee is superb. It does exactly what you need. Delivered faster than expected as well.

Good price and fast delivery
Good price and fast delivery. I ordered a Delonghi coffee machine from Coffee Friend because their price was very competitive and I'd just had a bad experience attempting to buy from the usual Prime suspect.
Coffee Friend appear to ship from Europe to a facility in the UK then onward to the customer. The machine arrived with a good quality UK adapter plug and because it was sent from a UK warehouse I didn't have any extra tax to pay. It arrived within a couple of days and I'm very happy with it. A few days later I also received an email voucher for £20 off any coffee or accessories from their site. The only requirement was that my order had to be over £20.01. So a true saving. The coffees were already reduced in the site so I was able to buy higher quality coffees than I normally would.
All in all a great purchase and I would highly recommend Coffee Friend.

There is an over spill
There is an over spill, which means to counteract this ,I have to put in less coffee and means I have to make more coffee to cater for my needs

I've bought two coffee machines from Coffee Friend over a period of 1 year. I had an issue with each one after a period of use and found Coffee Friend to be both prompt and responsive in helping me to reset the coffee machines. I found the price of purchase to be competitive.

I’m really happy with my purchase from Coffee Friend! I ordered a Nespresso Gran Lattissima and it arrived much quicker than I expected, well packaged and in perfect condition.
I also really appreciated that they included a UK plug adapter, which was great quality and meant I could start using the machine straight away. As a lovely surprise, they even included some complimentary coffee capsules, so I was able to enjoy my first coffee immediately.
The whole experience was excellent. Great customer service, fast delivery, and fantastic prices. I would definitely recommend Coffee Friend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!
