As described, arrived fast and with no issues

I’ve really enjoyed making purchases with the Cocoon company.
I’ve found great value and quality, as well as excellent customer care and advice for the best experience.
The service and the product are both super well cared for.

I spent a good half a day reviewing their products and deciding to go with Cocoon to get everything from one shop. Total order of €800+ and the site says free delivery to Ireland over €249. After paying, I was told small kids mattresses cost extra €185 because they are heavy (fine, buried in T&Cs, even though just a week earlier I was delivered 2 oak beds with an actual free delivery from Denmark). And when I asked them to just deliver the bedsheets and small accessories, not deliver the mattresses, so my time isn't fully wasted - they STILL required an extra €26 - despite the order staying well above €249. The “free shipping to Ireland” claim is simply incorrect in practice. Please make this clear at checkout so Irish customers don’t waste time.

Kapok duvets extremely expensive and not fit for purpose - avoid buying. I have now had enough and will have to throw this duvet away and buy another!

I got the fitted sheet and the flat sheet in slik. It was definitely a splash. I regretted my decision a few days later when I had unexpected (other) expenses. But when the bedding sheets arrived, I did not regret. It is like sleeping on a cloud (or at least what I would imagine of it). A ittle slippery at times, but I actually like the fact that it is so easy to move under the sheets. I used to sleep with my shorts and a light shirt, but the sheets are so heavenly that I now sleep with my underwear.

Got exactly what I ordered, price was good, no problems.

1. Kapok baby pillow and junior duvet. Duvet is not breathable, children are wet and complain that it's too hot. After careful washing, based on the washing instructions, provided on the web, 2 pillows and 2 duvets lost its shape and appeared brown stripes all over the fabrics.
2. Amazing maize duvet is not breathable, gives feeling of discomfort and not suitable for a mid season period.
Altogether: do not recommend to buy these overpriced, low quality products.

I bought a Stokke v2 fitted sheet and wetsheet. They fit so much better than the original stokke brand one I have (which is too tight and doesn't stretch over properly - and makes me frustrated putting it on...). They are so soft too - highly recommend, it will save your sanity in nighttime bedsheet changes!

We bought 3 kapok mattress for our boys. Fast delivery and good quality as always. Highly recommended!

Cocoon’s products for babies are great. Love the fact that they are narural, chemical-free and environmentally friendly.
We got a baby cot kapok mattress, waterproof cover and fitted sheets. Couldn’t be happier with all of the products!
Note that kapok mattress needs airing out to get rid of the smell (half a day was enough in our case).

I bought silk duvets and merino pillows from cocooncompagny.com. The items arrived shortly after ordering and the quality is fantastic. I have now slept with them for about two weeks and my sleep is better than ever.
I can only highly recoment this company and their products!

So, earlier in my life i always preferred down duvets, but since becoming more aware of environment and ethic of animals i have had duvets with synthetic filling.

For my birthday i got a kopok duvet. I've now had is for about two months and my mind i blown! When first unboxing it i was a little taken back by how hard and stiff it felt. But after my first night of sleep with the duvet a was S o l d. And i keep being just that. It is more comfortable then i could have ever imagined, and it regulates temperature extremely good. In my mind it does is better then the down duvets i used to have. It is a DREAM to have a kapok duvet and it makes me sleep even better knowing no ducks have suffered for my comfort.

THANK YOU FOR THIS PRODUCT! I love, love, love it.

(And yes, little funny smell in the beginning, but i aired it out and haven't been bothered at all!)

I bought Cocoon Company’s Kapok duvet and pillow for my daughter awhile ago and now we have moved her into her own bed. I have been sharing the bed with her for few nights and I was amazed how comfortable and how fast it warm us up (we are in Sydney, Australia so its cool here)
The duvet is beautifully quilted and light. And looks amazing on the bed!

We made the purchase through Luksusbaby along with other items and also it ships to Australia. We had some concerns and the team from Cocoon Company was really helpful and professional. Provided us with solutions and needless to say the issues were solved!
Really happy with the quality of the products and service we received!

Problems with odor:
I just wanted to share that I have ordered 3 different kapok duvets directly from CocoonCompany and all 3 had a very sour smell (a bit like puke). It took me a while to figure out that this is because of moisture. I let the second of the duvets dry out in a room for over a week with high heat and the smell didn't go away.

I've had many phone calls with Cocoon and they have been really helpful with checking their storage and they are aware that this happens sometimes during the cargo. I just wanted to share that it's a thing that kapok can smell really awful when it's moist. I read online that "Kapok is odorless but that moisture may cause a musty odor, but this disappears again on drying". What I still can't figure out is why the duvets kept smelling. Can the kapok fiber become seriously damaged for good by too much moist in a container fx? I'm not sure I have the answer. But I just wanted to share this. It doesn't have much to do with CocoonCompany who were very helpful and took the duvets back (a bit unorganised it seemed, but super great customer service by phone and very nice people).

I love their products!
First, I bought one of their kapok ammepudes, a few months ago, along with a cover, the cover could be a little bigger, as there is a bit of a gap left where the pillow goes in, but other than that I'm super happy with it. I wanted the breast feeding pillow to smell like me, so I have been using is as a normal, sleeping pillow. It was a bit hard at first, but now it's lovely and soft - the kapok products really do just need to be used. I actually think I'll keep using the pillow as my sleeping pillow, the shape is great and it's very comfy... also I get very warm at night so kapok suits me well - I'm considering purchasing one of their duvets too!

The other day I ordered their Emmaljunga mattress and waterproof, breathable topper. Very prompt delivery and am really happy with the little trial of soap berries that came with it (I have wanted to try them for a while). The mattress is a bit hard, but I know I can often it up with a good beating, or maybe I'll sit or sleep on it for a week or two. It fits well into the bornevogn and also the lift I have - that's a tight squeeze, but I knew it would be. The topper feels good too, thick, durable and well made. I was Super happy to discover they made these, because the only other waterproof things I could find were made of very unnatural materials, which I do not want my child to sleep on.
I bought the topper that is smaller than the mattress and that was a good choice as there is just a small area around the edge that it does not cover, and that hopefully won't need covering.
However, if I'd bought the size bigger it would also have been fine too, the material of the topper is flexible enough that it would work and I guess give added protection at the sides also.
Also I wanted to find something that would fit into and protect my Filibabba Baby-nest, it doesn't seem like people use toppers or anything waterproof in them, which seems odd to me, but I wanted to protect it from accidents, which I thought would be impossible if I also wanted to keep it breathable.
The topper I bought fits perfectly into the nest and I can just tuck the edges down the sides, it's also great because the Baby-nest mattress cover inside the nest is a bit wrinkled and now that problem is solved too.
So I'm triple happy!
I love the naturalness of their products and packaging and that they send their products in recycled cardboard boxes that would otherwise be thrown out.
I certainly recommend this company and no doubt will purchase more from them in future.

They also have a wonderful customer service, they are quick at replying, quick at helping. I was looking for a madras for our little one's bed-side-crib and it was sold out but they were really quick to help me. I had the best experience purchasing from them and they will be my first pick for future purchases, that is for sure.
