I ordered and paid for the upgraded…
I ordered and paid for the upgraded version of the Kronos and receive the older version. I was told they would send two boxes of needles as a courtesy for giving me the older machine and never got them.

stencil printer mp8068 not great
stencil printer mp8068 honestly started glitching and has been malfunctioning since and i had just got it delivered, as for a Friday the 13th rush the day was better spent stenciling by hand. stencil paper is a 10 i love it but the printer lacks quality in my opinion spend the extra hundred dollars and get something else. how can i get a refund even though i had used all the sample paper and few fresh sheets from the pack provided?

It‘s cheaply made and doesn‘t make super crisp lines
I realized that the cartdriges and the machine itself are unfortunately very cheaply made. I bought it because I wanted to learn, but since I was holding machines in the studio and tested them out, it was clear that the lines are never as good as with a better machine.
