I ordered something on 30 April today is more than the expected time and the reason is they do not have any stock in here but they ordered it from China. I hope at least the quality to be ok but after saw all the post I am pretty sure I will be disappointed! So when you order at least keep in mind 45 day of delivery time and not 12 day!

Bad quality
Bad quality. Felt and smelled like something from SHEIN. Same bag as you would get from SHEIN too. The lock to the shoes are so poor quality I don’t think it can hold. The shoes (except the lock) does look like their picture tho.

Freya is a scam shop selling plastic-based clothes from China. If need refund, you need to provide pictures and pay yourself the shipping and taxes. They encourage you to give items to family members and friends and get a 10% discount. This is because they care about sustainability! Do not use Freya retailer!

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Complete scam. Just got scammed 40 euros for what ultimately turned out to be a Temu quality product. Shipping took 3 weeks as it ships from China. Their customer service is unreachable, they only post a generic address that bounces emails due to a full inbox, no returns possible. This is labelled as a Danish brand when it is actually not. Pictures do not match the product. Complete scam.

VERY DISAPPOINTING.
My honest opinion is that I don't even want to give 1 star, this company doesn't deserve it.
This company from the outside make it seem like they're based in Copenhagen but folks, do not get trapped.
Their warehouse is located in China which makes the return process extremely difficult and they will charge you an extra of 10usd for the 'Administration fee' that are no where to be described on their website.
Not to mention the quality of the products. It is cheaply made and poorly finished. Overall I cannot recommend this company.

Appalling quality / avoid this site.
Appalling quality. Ordered "real" leather boots, took two weeks to arrive, as this is not a DK site, but a Chinese site. Avoid entirely! The boots were appallingly bad quality - they are 100% plastic and badly made. Sizing is bad - far too big in size. And cannot be used, even for a fancy dress party!!!
I have tried contacting customer service for a return as they do not automatically provide a return service. Utter waste of good money!
Update 27/03/2026:
Received response below from Freya with advice to send an email. Well, I have done so, several times and emails just get bounced back/ undelivered. Will report to Trading Standards this is a bogus site/ scam not practicing lawfully.

Avoid them
I ordered an item from them, a couple of hours later I regretted it and asked to cancel the order. I was told it was possible to cancel the order within 15 minutes only.
I therefore didn’t pick up the package once delivered.
The package returned to the sender.
They don’t want to give me the money back.
They want to attempt a second delivery of an item I said repeatedly I don’t want, this because their policy it is so and they can refund only once I accept the package and follow the return process (which of course as I read here it’s never going to work for getting a full refund).
I asked to have a manager contact to see if anything changes, it us not possible to speak with any manager.
They are going to be reported as fraudulent to the authorities.

They are in china and not in copenhagen, and they don't want to receive the package back ,
Is the baddest place you can buy from. It is china product, and they sold it with a expensive price , I have pay 700 danish krone= almost 100 euro for a bad quality that cost around 10 euro

Breaking EU and Danish law
They are selling items without care labels which is against EU and Danish law. They claim items are cashmere but produced illegally. I have emailed customer services and they fully admit it is against EU and Danish law. This was a present for my wife's birthday. Offer - 10% off next purchase. Will be opening a case with the authorities and a chargeback. Criminal company

Flawless from Start to Finish!
Freya Kobenhavn went beyond giving a perfect response with a face-palm. The products of not only excellent quality were, basically, very beautiful, and just as the photos and descriptions informed.
