I discussed my order on the phone, just to confirm all the delivery details. I ordered online and their delivery company got in touch to arrange delivery, which took a week or so to happen. I made sure someone was in to check the item was undamaged, all ok, so a very straightforward transaction at a very competitive price.

Excellent experience with CMS Furniture. I found a beautiful mirror at a very reasonable price, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Not only was the furniture stunning, high quality and exactly like the website pictures, it required little assembly and came well before the expected delivery time.

Beautiful table very pleased with purchase. Delivery was smooth and efficient and it was good to be able to request two people as the table was very heavy and due to living in a town house it needed to go up to the second floor.

Kevin sent me photos and reviewed the fitting instructions for me before I purchased my furniture. Very helpful. The delivery was even faster than expected. All arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered an expensive marble table from them. When it arrived, it didn't fit our decor. So I contacted them requesting a return on 27/02/2025 but they did not reply. I contacted them a 2nd time, again there was no reply. They ended up replying 28/04/2025 telling me that I am now out of the return window. I got stuck with a 470 pound table. What a joke of a company. Avoid

We bought a side table for half the price of what you'd pay at Cousins, and we couldn’t be happier.

The item was clearly described on the website, and delivery took just a week. When it arrived, it was extremely well packaged—just like a premium product. The sideboard itself was in perfect condition and of excellent quality—identical to the one from Cousins.

I’ll definitely be using CMS again in the future and would highly recommend them. High-quality products at great prices!

There was a small blemish on one of the items delivered but this was quickly resolved, the staff were very helpful thoughout the process. The product was the best price across the internet and the quality was very good.

I’m very pleased with the open display unit I bought from this company, the delivery was only a few days after placing the order. It was delivered with care too.

An absolutely amazing piece of furniture.
We were looking for a larger than normal console table, the quality is excellent along with the price. Delivery said 10-14 days but it arrived within 48 hours with a tracked courier.
Would definitely buy again from this company.
