Cloudbet is a scam – they steal your money

Cloudbet is completely dishonest. The moment it was time for me to receive my monthly cashback, they suddenly created “verification issues” and closed my account.

They claimed I couldn’t verify because my phone number had been used on an old account. Customer support literally told me to open the old account instead — but that I would lose the cashback because it’s “a gift.” What kind of casino calls earned cashback a “gift” and then takes it away?

Worse than that, they kept all the money I still had in my account.

Let me be very clear:

They never required verification to deposit

I never made a withdrawal because I never won

The SECOND cashback and bonuses were due, verification suddenly became mandatory

Instead of letting me verify properly, they closed my account and confiscated my funds

This is a classic casino trick: take deposits easily, then block accounts when it’s time to pay. Cloudbet cannot be trusted.

Stay away from this casino unless you want to lose your money. I live in the UAE so no excuse for it!

This could have been the best betting company I've ever dealt with, but they capped my bet amount after I placed a bet on a popular event (I bet every time the UConn Huskies played. Why did they penalize me for that today?). It's a disgraceful practice, and it's a shame companies like this still exist.

Hey there, this is going to be a very long and negative review so buckle up and read till the end.
I have a cloudbet account under username mojiworld and I have at least 65k sports betting wagering on my account and I am a VIP Gold 4 I guess (which means nothing)!!
Yesterday a bet was misgraded and a bet that should've lost ended up as a win and the money that I shoulder lost was won and I withdrew the amount before knowing anything about the bookie mistake. So they went on and made my balance negative. There's no problem till now. The problem starts when I emailed the cloudbet support and asked them if I should deposit any amount of money but they said no if the account balance is back to 0 then the problem is settled. They said you shouldn't make any deposit unless you are asked to do so. And I wasn't asked so I went on as normal and continue with my bets. Before making my next withdrawal I deposited more than 160 dollars on different occasions and there was no problem until I made a withdrawal request of 100 dollars. The request got rejected and 100 dollars was deducted by the bookie . And then they went on and say oh you know what it was due to that misgraded bet. 100 dollars of balance is nothing and no problem. The problem is that this shows they have no integrity and honesty policy within the company and that also shows in the way in which they offer you rakeback and promotions.
As you know many websites offer promotions and rake backs for a specific mount of money wagered but what cloudbet does is that they tell oh you can have this much promotion but in reality it's a like and you just get a very small percentage of that promo money. Let's say you win 50 dollars for leveling up you account from gold 3 to gold 4. What they do is that they take this money and give you 2 dollars twice a day and when you miss the time to claim the promo it is gone forever!!! I mean how ridiculous is that.

All in all there are many more bookies that offer better promotions and honest interactions. If I had to start over and choose a website for my sports betting , I would never choose cloudbet but the decision is still yours to make. Thank you.

This site will allow you to play, gamble, and lose money while being completely unverified. Once you start winning, they will suddenly close your account and remove all your winnings.

Live support after this is not helpfull as they will refer to a section that your account will be frozen (which does not mention anywhere that this means all your winnings will be taken)

Beware of this scam casino.

I placed a bet on the line, but a few minutes later I noticed the match was already live and almost finished. The bet was lost, and Cloudbet refuses to refund the bet.

You did the right thing by checking all the websites. However, the organizers simply switched the match at the last minute.
I sent you proof that when the match was still in the line on your site, as on most other sites, at least one set had already been played. Isn't that enough for you?

The recently released Cloudbet originals like keno limbo games and their various currencies like ars try nzd . The most loving things is instant deposits and withdrawals . But the problem is I was promoted to post the review and I did it honestly but why am I editing this ? Because of the support said the promotion for the review was ended a few months ago while I was getting prompt for posting the review . They denied to offer me the bonus it was sad after all . And I dislike this dishonesty by then they should have removed this prompt when it's no longer available . I have replied to your request and I would like to update my review if i get the bonus . I am not posting the bad review against the entire casino but the prompt to post a review honestly and support denies it's never expected
