Contacted to ask me if I was happy with a purchase 3 days after my original purchase X delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days,10 days later I had to contact them about my item and they had no clue what I was in about so I had to find them all the information they needed , they the sent out the original item which arrived I today 14 days later

No hassle international order!
My order arrived quickly (to Canada), shipping covered duties, no extra fees to pay. Ordered the 120mm ball stretchers and the quality looks great, edges seem soft enough for long term wear. Would order again if 90mm weights were in stock, happy with my order!

I placed an order for a hat. It was for a friend who went on holiday 2 days later but I somehow mixed up the billing and shipping addresses. I emailed to explain the situation and ask if it could be resolved. Even though I emailed about 10 minutes before the cutoff time for next day delivery, Cheryl replied quickly and fixed it for me so my friend got his hat in time for his holiday.
Very happy customer here. I've shopped both in store and online and only ever had good experiences
