The packing and removal team were SO quick and efficient and I was so grateful that they could move my belongings to two separate locations. Some of the items went to the wrong place but I think that was more down to my directions. Worth every penny!

I would highly recommend, they were professional, efficient and done exactly what was stated in the written quotation, all for a very competitive price.

Clockwork moved all our belongings out of our flat into storage unit whilst we lived in temporary digs waiting to complete on our house. They then packed up our storage unit and moved us into our new house. They packed all our flat into boxes, dismantled furniture, bunk beds etc and rebuilt the other side. Swift and efficient, all very easy and great to deal with. They took so much stress out of a stressful time. Really great service!

Clockwork Removals are a fantastic removal company. Super speedy email reply, very helpful and reassuring on phone and the removal men were very well organised handling the move like absolute professionals. I felt like I was in good hands. They understood the job needing to be completed, as I had a difficult piece of equipment to move. I am very pleased, as I have had some terrible experiences previously. 5 stars

Made our move stress-free and quick. The guys were very professional. The next-day unpacking service is highly recommended and all the wrapping and boxes got taken away.

We think this move into storage went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been improved were the Covid precautions. We left doors and windows open to keep the place well ventilated as I’m vulnerable to Covid, and we communicated that to the company. But the movers shut the doors and windows as it was chilly, and 2 of the 3 didn’t wear masks or gloves.

This is the second time I’ve used Clockwork and my son has used them before as well. There were a few issues with move but all the team worked together to find solutions. The admin team were most helpful and the guys who physically did the work worked efficiently and speedily. Everyone was polite and friendly and were keen to make it go as smoothly as possible.

We had a complicated international move taking place at the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic. The management and survey team - Gemma Hollie and Robert - who coordinated the logistics of our move provided excellent guidance and service. The removal team led by Sebastian were courteous, efficient, and responsive during the actual removal of our items. It was a very positive experience overall.

Having had bad experiences with removals in the past, I’m always a little nervous moving but I was so impressed from start to finish. Communication was always clear and prompt. Our contents were viewed in advance in order to provide an accurate quote and on the day, the two removal men turned up on time and were very quick and careful with our items (wrapped up TVs and mattresses). When we got to our new house, they placed some protection down in the entrance and floor as it was a very wet day! Very impressed.

Excellent service moving from a 3rd floor flat to 3 storey property. The team were efficient and very careful with all furniture and had everything into the new property in no time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Our removal team from Clockwork was amazing. We opted for the full packing service and the team successfully packed up our whole 5 bedroom house in a day and a half and safely relocated all of our items to Cornwall. On arrival, they reconstructed our beds and wardrobes and diligently placed our boxed items in to the new house. They operated swiftly and with zero fuss. I would highly recommend using Clockwork for your removal. I cannot speak highly enough of them. 5 star service.

First time we used this company all departments were fantastic. This time the admin,mgmt side were unhelpful, Unengaged and happy to make the removal team work with no breaks and all night so they could get their massively overpriced fee paid. They understaffed the job and had their removal guys working way too longer hours. When we complained they said they would give their removal guys a paid days leave but we have no proof any of this happened. The actual removal team were incredible. We ended up helping with the entire move and spent far too much time on the phone to admin to try and sort additional staff. They credited a very small fraction of the entire cost and frankly couldn’t care less for the stress it caused. Really upset and disappointed in clockwork and would not recommend.
The response below is not inline with the email and calls that confirmed they assigned the correct number of staff to the job and will discuss with the AM that did the video call assessment of the house. The below response only makes the situation worse and less recommended.

I strongly suggest you opt for the packing service too - it saved us many hours and was well worth it - they packed very, very fast and carefully!

Clockwork did a good job on my removal, i would happily recommend them to others.Damian and the team did a super job.worth getting a quote and the willingness to drop off and pick up boxes afterwards was quick and very efficient,with a strong customer service ethos.
