Amazing service! Our crew was incredibly helpful and supportive, they handled our stuff carefully and helped us massively during our move. I could not be happier with the service provided. On early stages Josh was a massive help with the booking and quotation and quickly replying to my questions on WhatsApp. During the move Michael, Johnnie Ryan and Neven were FANTASTIC! Can’t believe how quickly they loaded and unloaded making sure everything was safely packed.

We had lots of plants and all arrived safe and sound together with some very fragile items we had. You can’t go wrong booking your move with Clockwork.

The crew were punctual, deligent, careful and efficient. I truly appreciated their efforts and work. A job very well done.

Really fantastic service! I highly recommend James and his team. Their communication before the move was brilliant, always responding promptly, answering our many questions and going above and beyond to meet our requirements. On moving day, all the staff were friendly, polite, courteous and respectful of us, our property and our contents. Everything had to go into storage for 2 months which James organised and when we finally moved into our new home, which was 300 miles from our previous address, the lorry turned up on time and Kiska and Neil worked tirelessly to unpack everything for us. Again they were friendly, polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They used carpet protectors and were so respectful. Moving house is stressful enough so to have such a fantastic, worry free service is invaluable. Highly recommended.

I moved house recently with Clockwork and they were great from start to finish. James and Chelsea were super clear and helpful during the booking process and kept in regular contact leading up to and on moving day. Tony and Johnnie then arrived promptly and packed my one-bed flat with a speed, care and efficiency that was frankly frightening - the whole move was done in three hours and they were polite and friendly throughout. The whole process was as low stress as I can imagine a house move can get. Huge thanks to the team and would definitely recommend / use again in future.

It is very difficult to find a company that will pallet personal items and help you coordinate a move to Italy. Clockwork can do it. I have used them for several years. HIghly recommend. I am a repeat customer. I was moving some personal items I packed myself to italy . To save costs I pallet them ship fedex. This was not too much trouble. They arrived loaded them took them to the warehouse and voial I received them in Italy a week later. Nothing was broken everything as planned. Cleared customs in about an hour. Also they accidentally packed my goods on two pallets. When the customs clearance company said fedex would not take them, they packed onto a third pallet at no charge. Thanks Clockwork. BTW they also move domestically if you need them Call them! Love Clockwork

Clockwork were great from start to finish. They worked with me on an interior design project. The furniture had varying lead times and the property was unoccupied, so they took all the deliveries for me, checked each item, and rewrapped them. The team made the install day a really pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was professional, polite and friendly. They went over and above for me, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Worth their weight in gold!

Easy to communicate with and very helpful

We would not hesitate to use Clockwork Removals again. They were very helpful, organised from start to finish. We had a complex problem that needed manpower and equipment and it was sorted with ease and enthusiasm. On site the guys were great and the whole process was straightforward and streamlined (despite the significant levels of coordination required). A pleasure to work with them and will be using them again in the future.

Received a very disappointing removal and storage service in London. Removal men said my clothing that needed hung would be hung up while in storage (for 5months). On receiving my things after 5months in Clockworks storage, the clothes were both damp and creased beyond use.
I contacted Clockwork and was informed the relevant staff had already been let go due to not meeting standards. However Clockwork are not willing to take any responsibility for their poor/lack of service storing my clothes. After spending thousands of pounds they will offer me £40 as goodwill.
They will not pay the cost of drycleaning the clothes. I appreciate accidents can happen/poor staffing but their lack of approach to rectifying this is disappointing.
Additionally the second set of removal men rebuilt my bed and damaged it.
Very disappointing considering they were happy to take thousands of pounds of my money.
Was recommended them by an influencer neighbour who received their services for free. Disappointing they let down paying customers.

Fabulous service from Clockwork Removals South London when we recently moved from Surrey to Kent. Gary, Tony and Max were very professional and also friendly too. Given that house moving is stressful, they certainly put our minds at ease and took a lot of care with all our furniture. Can highly recommend!

Fantastic service, the crew turned up on time and delivered our belongings expertly. From initially dealing with James in the office to Alex, John and Gary delivering, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

We had a quick turn around on our completion an house move. I contacted Josh at Clockwork and they were able to accommodate all my needs in a relatively short space of time (a few days). I did a short walkthrough of our home on a video call and got a quote within an hour. After accepting it, everything went very smoothly. On moving day the removal guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. Nothing was damaged in the move at all (although we did box a pack ourselves), but the guys were very attentive to what was marked as fragile. We were able to leave the house and grab a coffee whilst they dismantled beds and packed up etc. There was a short delay between having everything packed and us receiving keys - but that was no trouble for the guys. The other end they unloaded quickly and re-assembled everything we asked them to in the correct rooms. The only small issue was that they forgot the plastic sheets to cover the carpet in the house we were moving from, so left a bit of mud and dirt on the carpet. I raised this with the office that evening and they made contact with the new owners in order to get the carpet cleaned, and were very apologetic. This was sorted within days. Overall would highly recommend.
