Really good, understanding and helpful. Quick and efficient

From the very first contact with ClearDebt I have received nothing but the most courteous service and clear information from them regarding my IVA, the whole process was explained to me in detail and I am pleased to say that my IVA was accepted by my creditors.
For the first time in a number of years I am able to relax and know exactly how much I need to pay each month, leaving me free to concentrate on the better things in life. No one can appreciate how this feels unless you are drowning in debt like I was and now know their is a clear path for me to become debt free.

I was very happy with being introduced to ClearDebt. They were friendly, communicated very well and were responsive to my needs and situation. The company helped me through my challenging financial situation to see a promising way forward without the daily stress I had been previously enduring.

We've been trying to sort our financial situation out for a number of years and we've been let down by companies that claimed they would help and then charged us unsustainable payments. Clear debt not only worked out an affordable solution, but everything was done so smoothly and easily. They are not for profit and their advice wad not only spot on, but explained more clearly than even Citizens Advice managed. We feel we now have an ally in our situation. Can't rate them highly enough.

I am not happy with cleardebt at all and if I could change my IVA provider I would do it in a heartbeat.

First of all when I asked for a copy of my chairmans letter they sent me the details of someone else! can you believe it someone else, so I had the private financial information for someone else added to my documents.

Then I am able to offer a full and final settlement which I submitted 2 months ago and I have called and emailed a so many occasions I can't ever remember how many times and no one bothers to get back in touch with me. I have called in to complain to be told that I can't speak with Supervisors and can only complain by email or letter? I can only gather because their customer service is so poor that supervisors would spend their day speaking with complainants.

Now I am getting told that I have to transfer over all the funds for the full and final settlement before they have ever asked my creditors to meet which doesn't seem right to me at all. I am going to get the ombudsmen involved here as with spending me another persons details along is a breach of regulations. If you are going to choose a IVA company stay clear.

it was a hard to realise how much debt I had I needed help and they were a great help not judgemental I would totally recommend them

Clear debt explained all my options when considering how to manage my debt. They were proactive from the outset and took me through my IVA step by step. I felt that I was no longer on my own in managing my debt issues. When it came to completing my IVA, again Cleardebt took me through all the process and I had my notice of completion within six weeks of making my final payment. Thank you.

Clear Debt have been so helpful. They genuinely appear to care and will do their very best to make sure payments are affordable. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if advice needed (Pauline Carter !!) I have reached the end of my IVA and cannot fault the service I have received

I would recommend ClearDebt to anyone who is in a similar situation to myself. They were very helpful and professional, with a caring attitude towards myself and my situation. A small criticism is the amount of time for the IVA to be in place, but overall extremely happy with the service I received and still receive.

I've been worrying about my debts for weeks, ever since I missed a payment on my mortgage. I contacted ClearDebt and they went through my situation then told me I didnt need their help and that I should talk to my mortgage lender.

I was nervous about this but Cleardebt helped me pluck up the courage and I've now got an arrangement on the mortgage.

When entering an IVA, it’s good to be cautious and I was, the last 6 years I have found the staff at Clear Debt supportive and understanding.
When I spoke to my adviser they spoke to me as a person, they understood me and always made me feel comfortable.
I would defiantly recommend them.
My last payment for my IVA was in March 2015, received Notice of Completion in May 2015.

Cleardebt talked me through everything, explained my different options available. After settling on an iva, they sorted out a repayment plan, negotiated with my creditors. I now know where I am financially and can finally sleep at night

Been with this company over 3 and half years. They are ok at the start when they hook you up and could not have been more helpful. When you have an emergency then they are not so helpful. My Account Manager left in December and no one at Clear Debt advised me. So i was sending emails with no repsonse from my account manager as I had a few finanical problems. I ask for a payment holiday but told that my IVA could fail. I then at the time said I was struggling as i had not received a payrise for 9 years and everything went up. I sent in my Income and expenditure form and was told they had not received it. I didnt receive any response from clear debt via email for a while until I went on there site and ask for a call back. I was even receiving letters from my account manager even though she had left the company. I had been passed to pillar to post and eventurally someone found my income and expenditure form in January for my review and i had to send in some more stuff which I assume got lost. I think in all I dealt with around 5 people since January.
NOT IMPRESSED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

I started with clear debt 12 months and have constantly been let down, f Transferring my debt so an Iva i didn't recieve a statement which I thought was strange at the time though I had an idea of my creditors and the balances. In April 14 lloyds notified me that my ppi of £1300 would be paid to clear debt I called clear debt and asked that as soon as this had been paid could I get a statement?yes ahe said... October I hadn't received anything I called and was told that they had not had the money when in fact was that they had paid the money to someone else's account! I wrote a complaint got a apology letter yet still no balance! March I receive a letter saying my 12 month review is up still no balance.. Sent all forms back.. Friday 27th March I opened a letter to say congratulations you have paid off your debts and your Iva is cleared yes I thought this is great!!? But no this is not the end a week later at 1745 I recieve an email which confirms that I am now not cleared I can not believe how I have been treated and I am going to the financial ombudsman!!!

so kind friendly helpful understanding and the man who dealt with me on the phone was so funny and very understanding.
They explain all options and take everything into consideration and offer such great service. Will recommend them to anyone.
never met such lovely people in my life.
