I was tasked with finding a reliable private ambulance to transport my sister in law who was awaiting discharge from a hospital some 150 miles from home.
She had been let down by hospital transport and was desperate to return home.
Vecta Healthcare responded with incredible efficiency in order to effect the transfer within hours.
The communication was extremely professional and at all times reassuring.

At an extremely stressful time for our family Vecta arranged a private ambulance for my bed bound father with very little notice. I needed to organise a transfer for my sister from a care home in Cambridgeshire to Wales. My sister is blind, limited mobility and frail. I couldn’t travel with her. I was extremely anxious and had great difficulty finding a service that could accommodate all her needs. I had spent several days but with no luck. I called Vecta on the third day and from the outset I felt confident and a huge sense of relief that they would not only be able to fulfill what was needed but would do it professionally and efficiently. For me I knew my sister would be safe. The communication and reassurance was brilliant. A huge thank you.

Needed a last minute ambulance to move my eldery mum from one house to another, she can not walk and neededlots of man power and equipment, the service was spot on and effortless, we was kept update on every stage of the journey.

I needed to book a private ambulance transfer at zero notice on a Sunday for noon that day.
Vecta worked with local providers to find an ambulance and the arrangements were made very quickly.
They turned up exactly when they said they would, came up to the ward and got us home no problem.
Other providers were unable to help at such short notice.

Most people in need of a private ambulance are in a stressful situation themselves or are acting on behalf of someone who is. We used Vecta Healthcare to bring my 93 year old father in law from Scotland to Stockport.
Right from the start Ian was very responsive. He answered questions and was clear and very helpful.

My husband had an important appointment at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and needed to travel from his rehabilitation centre in Northamptonshire to London. The usual patient transport could not guarantee arrival on time for his appointment, so I approached Vecta Healthcare. They responded straight away arranged everything in a professional, friendly and client-focused way.
My husband’s travel to London and his return journey both went smoothly. Due to unforeseen circumstances his hospital discharge date and time have changed but Vecta Healthcare staff were great in managing this change, communicating and reassuring me when I was in a bit of a panic. The ambulance crews were fantastic. We made to the hospital on time and safely and timely back to my husband’s rehabilitation centre.
Great service, well worth it. We would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I needed a private ambulance to transfer my 91 year old frail mother from a residential home to a more specialised nursing home. With less than 48 to arrange the transfer I contacted Vector Healthcare. The whole process was so simple-from the initial online request that was followed up within minutes by a telephone call. Within an hour I had a (competitive) quote and confirmed the transfer within a couple of hours. Highly recommended.
