Frontscheibe Schaden

Bei Schaden während der Verwahrung wird Verantwortung trotz eigener Beweise abgelehnt

Ich hatte den Valet-Parking-Service bereits früher genutzt und war damals zufrieden. Leider war meine aktuelle Erfahrung völlig anders.

Am 02.08.2026 übergab ich mein Fahrzeug am Flughafen an den Valet-Service. Das Unternehmen fertigte bei der Übergabe selbst ein Foto des Fahrzeugs an. Auf diesem Foto ist kein Riss in der Frontscheibe zu erkennen.

Bei der Abholung am 09.08.2026 stellten wir einen großen horizontalen Riss fest, der sich über einen erheblichen Teil der Frontscheibe erstreckt. Wir meldeten den Schaden unmittelbar dem Mitarbeiter Serkan.

Das Unternehmen bestreitet jedoch jede Verantwortung und behauptet, der Riss sei bereits bei der Übergabe vorhanden gewesen.

Genau hier liegt für mich das Problem: Das eigene Foto des Unternehmens zeigt keinen solchen Riss.

Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass diese offensichtliche zeitliche und dokumentarische Diskrepanz nicht nachvollziehbar erklärt wird und stattdessen die Schadensregulierung einfach abgelehnt wird.

Ich würde diesen Service deshalb aktuell nicht weiterempfehlen.
