Definitely NOT a premium experience

Not worth the money!
We got outside 11.05pm and the guy was texting us at 11.10pm that we had to pay 30Eur extra for nightshift which starts after 11pm.
Nothing was indicated on the invoice.
Nothing was said when we left the car with the driver at the beginning.
We could have been 5mins earlier outside had we known!
Its not about the 30Eurs it is about zero customer transparency for a so called premium service!
I hope Mein Valet Frankfurt is happy with the extra money they steal from people via little hidden side notes on their website.
Def not a premium service! Too expensive, cheaper option would surely have delivered same if not even better experience. Think twice before going for a more expensive option like this one. its a joke!
