Been buying Flaxseed oil for many years from Classikool , really cannot imagine where I can find it at such a great price. Have used ir everyday day for well over 20yrs . So sad they aren’t trading anymore. Will be sadly missed.

Great price & qualty ....I am amazed-& extremely sorry the company no longer trades . It will be a nightmare for me now to find a syrup that so suits my purpose as this did - at no matter what price. I am gutted .

classikool was the best. amazing products i cant find such successful mixtures ( ie shea + x & y) anywhere. bought your stuff for years. i was gutted not to be able to find you anywhere. i also loved the packaging and fact it wasn’t wasteful.

CLASSIKOOL was the absolute BEST essential oils company I've EVER done business with in the UK and the USA. Absolutely GUTTED that they've gone oob. good luck to the founders, please let us know on here if you start up again. LOYAL TO DEATH to you guys!!!

Just discovered Classikool has closed down when I was about to do my order. I’m utterly gutted. This was the only company I trusted to be completely pure. The prices were good and the range of products and scents were amazing. Time to research a new supplier.

I loved this company! Just seen it's closed down, really sad, as I trusted all their stuff. Another company bites the dust due to government implemented lockdown.

I was your customer for years and always highly recommended your website and products. In my cosmetic making you were the greatest supplier of all ingredients. I am so sorry to see that yet another fantastic business had to close down.

So sorry Classikool had to close. I found their face and body oils excellent and very good value for money. And I liked the fact that they used minimum packaging to keep costs down for the customer and helping the environment at the same. I've never had a problem with this company and am now very sad that they've gone.

I'm trying all ways to buy the 2x 5L bottles of slush syrup I normally buy it on eBay please tell me how I am actually meant to buy the product from you buy on the site but you have to email the flavour Seriously that isn't rite

I highly recommend NEVER ordering from this company, they want your money but do not care about customer satisfaction.

This is surprising as they brand themselves as a small business, you'd think extra care would be taken, but the chances are you probably won't receive anything in the mail.

I made a small order to try some things out and it was okay, I liked one specific item so I decided for my second order I would buy in bulk, and spend more money, so guess what? It never arrived, I emailed being extremely polite, got a reply telling me it had been delivered and I should check with my neighbours etc. (which I did), and if I could not locate the parcel they would RESEND it. After diligently wasting my time doing everything they asked, I responded to let them know.

Silence, for 4 months, why offer a replacement then ignore me once I actually need it?

Oh wait, yep it makes sense now...

Throughout this whole process I was nothing but polite and enjoyed the product, which makes this hurt even more.

And just so you know how disrespectful you were to me, this is the first online review I have ever written, and I'm 26 years old.

They'll probably respond with some wishy-washy response to try and manipulate the masses who read this into thinking this was a one-off case, but I highly doubt that, they just assume we're dumb like most companies, and assume people won't do what I'm doing now, expose them to the public.

I ordered a shampoo & conditioner set in White Jasmin, it's smells really nice but the conditioner leaves my hair dry, brittle & straw like. It feels horrible and does not condition hair. So disappointing. The face serum is lovely though.

I ordered some pectin for making jelly came well packaged very good price and fast delivery can't ask for more

We ordered Raw Linseed Oil 100ml yesterday for our new chopping board. Received today at 10.30am ! Works a treat. Also restored our old board and it looks like new. Excellent service and prices very good. Highly recommended.

The best place for Psyllium husk but that is selling them short.. I've used their beautiful Argan Oil as well, its amazing. Their website is really easy to use, they stock all sorts of fragrance oils, I'm working my way through those! Their baking stuff looks remarkable, I look forward to that, too!

Not too badly priced and it's free delivery, we received ours in 2 days from ordering.
After you place the order you need to email them to let them know what flavors you require.
Spot on customer service, no complaints whatsoever.

Excellent company, great service and most importantly great flavours for slush syrup. Second time I've ordered and I've not been disappointed with any of the 5 flavours I've tried. Quick delivery and great at confirming your choices once emailed. Will definitely be ordering again!
