I have just sent a email with photos as I am so disappointed, these were sent as a birthday present from my children I am only glad that they did not witness the state of the delivery of a crumpled, battered box, on opening, the yellow flowers in particular more damaged than wilted, I am worried to tell my children as they will be so disappointed too and the expense of their birthday gift flowers worries me too.

Very poor.
Ordered a 12 rose bouquet using a gift voucher purchased as a wedding gift.
None of the bouquet’s could be purchased and delivered using the amount gifted ( I know the gifter would have been horrified by that) . Flowers arrived withered looking, browning in places and were looking like they had been purchased from the discount pail at a supermarket. Would not recommend this service.

Just received flowers for my birthday a number of flowers were dead and mouldy. I have had to let my friend know as flowers are so expensive so embarrassing. I have tried to contact the company but no luck ! The quality is dreadful.

Received as a gift, most of the bouquet dead within in 2 days, feel bad for the people that that sent them what a waste of their money and dissapointing for me.

I had a lovely bouquet for mother's day last week, however, the main stem's of roses were damaged.
I made contact with Clare Florist and told them the issue and without any quibble or fuss the customer service suggested that they would send out a replacement bouquet.
I have to say I have never had such first class customer service from a company.
I have received the replacement bouquet and they are beautiful.
I whole heartedly recommend Clare Florist !

After being delivered a really bad bunch of flowers i emailed Clare Florist to let them know what happened, they responded and said they would sort things out. They kept in contact with me via email and sent a new bunch of flowers to my mum. I can say that the speed and way things were done was really good. Thank you Clare Florist.

There was an unfortunate problem with my last order, but I cannot praise too highly the speed and professionalism which they dealt with the issue. I will not hesitate to use them again.

The box which smashed open top and bottom was left in blue bin
I had no idea it was there had no note through the letter box

flowers left by delivery company on doorstep, only found them by chance even though I was in the house.
On opening the cellophane there was 3 stems which the flower heads had come off, there was lots of foliage some were just pieces of leaves put in the arrangement to make it look full, 3 flower stems are ready to be thrown out already, the arrangement looks as if it has been made up with the flowers that has been left over at the end of the day, what should of been a lovely experience is more of a disaster, would not recommend this company to anyone as the flowers received look nothing like what is on your website
So paid an additional £8.95 for delivery on Mother's Day....the flowers eventually arrived at 10pm !!!! and a fob off standard reply when I queried why 10pm was deemed to be acceptable !...I certainly wont be using them ever again !
Ordered flowers to be delivered pre noon. Flowers did not arrive, communication attempted across all platforms and they were completely ignored. Surprise ruined!!
Flowers didn't arrive on day expected..ordered 2 days in advance. Expecting a refund.
Almost immediately after getting confirmation of my order, I realised that I had set the delivery for the wrong date.
I phoned the number, straight to an automated message. I've left 2 V.M.s so far requesting confirmation of my change of delivery date but no reply so far. Why have a phone number if noone acts on the messages!!!!!!
Flowers beautiful. But concerned as they were fully opened when I received them this morning. Have had before and they were still quite dormant. Concerned how long they will last.
