Useless Company
Although Ryobi approved the repair to my Vacuum cleaner I had to submit (again and again) proof of ownership. (It was still under guarantee) In the end I had to ask Ryobi to deal with them. The machine was returned to me in the same packaging that I sent it in!! It took me a fortnight to get through all the sellotape round it!!! They stated on the repair slip that no batteries were included, which was untrue. There were battery warning slips on the box. Time and again they asked me for proof of ownership. I sent a photo of the machine, then they asked for the invoice, then they asked for them to be sent together!! Ryobi had already approved the repair. Was their word not good enough? It has put me off buying anything Ryobi again.
Ridiculous delivery charge and big delay receiving order.

delivery charge. Waiting 3 weeks. Then I receive an email, telling me I should have recently received my order, asking how well had they done.
I have not received anything and this is the only thing from them since placing my order. Please try and get Ryobi to appoint another company. Do not use CJ Sinclair.
Very slow delivery
Their website shows spares as available and shipping states "If/When we have your item in stock we ship it using a next day recorded delivery service" but it still takes 2 weeks to take delivery. Customer service then state your order confirmation says within 10 working days but that isn't what their website says when placing the order and charging a premium for delivery.
if you need Milwaukee spares quickly then go elsewhere as Sinclair's are appalling for customer service.

I would give six stars if I could. Ordered part for Ryobi lawn mower and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. Price was the best I could find online for that part.
Rude customer service
Rude customer service, no apologies for anything, do not keep the customer informed! I could have ordered the part from China myself and would have had it currently 4 weeks earlier. In fact since I ordered the part from them I have had two lots of deliveries from China made after I ordered from this shambles of a company!

Asked how long for my Milwaukee parts and it arrived when I was told now working tool saving £200 on a new spot on.
Shame only 2 months warrantee but hay.

Excellent Customer Service
Although I didn't in the end buy the part from CJ Sinclair. the service and interaction was excellent in helping me find the part I needed. What was really good was that I interacted with a Chatbot, and immediately Kerry Aston, a real person, picked up the detail of my query and found a solution for me. CJ Sinclair could have supplied the part but I had found a supplier already had it in stock. Kerry was graci0ous when I told him. I will come back to them as a preference when it is anything Makita! Thank you for the great customer experience even though I wasn't a customer.....yet!

I went on holiday just after I post my drill for repair, I asked the lady in the office if they could hold onto it till when I came home, nothing was to much of a problem for them. The repair was carried out and drill seems to be working fine now. Seems to me to be an excellent company to deal with. Thank you all very much.

Bad customer service
Noticed teeth were wearing on recoil starter pulley on my 10 year old ryobi chainsaw.Ordered recoil starter assembly.
The whole assembly was ordered because the individual pulley was not sold separately.
Part sent out and fitted so far so good.
After 3 months of very light usage (firewood cutting) the part broke.
I contacted cj sinclair as to what steps to take to rectify situation.
They did not offer a refund or replacement of defective new part.
Old starter assembly refitted.Saw now working again albeit with worn pulley teeth.
Cj sinclair are not fit to sell spares for ryobi which I consider an excellent and trustworthy brand.
I will no longer buy ryobi knowing that they are ryobi,s agents for spare parts.
Nor will I buy milwaukee for same reason.

The part arrived and was clearly wrong, emailed a photo of the new part against the old part. Apparently I had ordered the wrong part, but it was the part no. they advised!
Promised to send the right part, but it never arrived.
Not sure who is worse, this shower or Ryobi for using them?
Just Useless
Ok, 3rd time this bunch of charlatans has let me down now. No option but to use them for Milwaukee/Ryobi warranty repairs. Returned a faulty battery within the 2 year warranty period, what a rigamorole, talk about jumping through hoops, it's like they will try anything to not honour their warranties. After 6 weeks of to-ing and fro-ing they agreed to replace it. Was supposedly sent out on the 3rd of October, "it should take a week",still waiting? "We'll email you your tracking details", still waiting. Do yourself a favour and DONT USE CJ SINCLAIR, they are useless............
