They don’t have any refunds except online if your item was defected. Their prices are higher than all other shoe stores and they have less deals and discounts. You’ll save more money just going to the hibbett website even tho they the same thing. They sent me ripped and used items and didn’t even let me know before hand. You can’t stack coupons or codes and they got less options than other stores. Just go to footlocker or finish lines. Shipping is slow and support isn’t allowed to give you solutions you will want. In store is worse because it’s on hand product
