Great to deal with!!!

Katie, the Citalia Agent, was welcoming from my first phone call, not pushy, happy to advise and listen to our "wants" and her communication was excellent, kept in touch via emails and was very knowledgeable about Italy overall. The itinerary offered was different to elsewhere and more of an adventure than a holiday.

Excellent service fromTasha she was very professional

Tasha was very professional and communication via email was excellent with quotes. eventually we booked and my telephone conversation was very professional and holiday was booked. the booking process is excellent, albeit the brochure/website is for reference only as you need to email for the live availability

Customer service was second to none

Customer service was second to none, Katie was very polite, patient, and extremely helpful. She spoke directly to our hotel re a couple of special requests and organised wheelchair assistance through the airport. Many thanks for all your help.

Perfect booking process
