Reviews are only as good as the questions asked…is arthritis considered as a permanent physical disability for instance?

A NHS referral for a routine arm opp. On the waiting list for a year and then a letter to say have been taken off the list and nothing more they can do! My husband had been offered two cancellation dates by this hospital, both of which were whilst we were on holiday (booked and payed for prior to the initial consultation). Never received a letter with a date for the operation!

The complaint we raised was a complete waste of time. We received a phone call from the quality manager who must have a second job as a politician.

Clearly this hospital is happy to take NHS referrals, but they are squeezed in when they cancellation dates from private patients. Subsequently your health is left to deteriorate whilst you sit on the waiting list for a year! Only to find yourself back at square one, back to see your GP! It’s truly scandalous! No wonder so much money is wasted in the NHS.

Complained to the commissioners who didn’t even bother responding to the letter! Says it all really! Incompetence throughout!

Further to the response to this feedback. We have absolutely no faith in the hospital or the complaints procedure! And won’t be wasting any more of our valuable time!

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable with getting myself better from an Achilles rupture at the Runnymede . Physio , Surgeon’s follow up and nurse help and support have been fantastic . Thank you to surgeon Mr Harb and all the team at the Runnymede .

I 'm having a pain in my lower back due to bone on bone. My consultant is Doctor Abdul. He has been fantastic because he has taken a lot of to explain the best option and do a follow up to see how best the treatment works. He is very attentive and listens to what you have to say and talk with you for what the next best step and that's good for me because i have an reaction to anaesthetic.

First class service from receiving letter for pre assessment to attendance on the day. Location of clinic and car parking facilities are excellent. Staff are both pleasant and informative.

From waitress to consultant amazing staff and friendly hospital was spotless

A very professional service. Good communication and explanation. And good food! This time I felt that some of the support staff were abrupt and shouting, which didn't help when I was vulnerable

Surgeon and nurses very attentive and answered all questions about surgery

I attended the physiotherapy department
with a strained muscle in my leg . I could hardly put weight on my leg , after a week I saw a vast improvement . After 3 appointments, my leg is almost back to normal . I am continuing with the exercise plan that they gave to me .
