Consistently they do not even try to deliver to my apartment. We have two doors, the outside door doesn't need a code, it can just be opened. You would think delivery people would know that, but they never try. Even if I supply the code, it's about a 50/50 chance they get in to ring my name. It's gotten to the point I pray they just drop my things at the post office because it's a lot easier.

Delivered at the wrong place. Told vinted they delivered at my place, so i only had 2 days to pick it up. As otherwise the buyer protection would run out. Said the package arrived at pick up point at 11. Ended up being there 20 minutes before closing on a friday so i had to run to be able to pick it up before the 2 day window. They also did not deliver at the correct pick up point and didnt give any indication of the day it would be dropped of.

Instead of delivering my parcel to my home address as requested, they sent it to a drop off point 20 minutes away. I was home all day. No one Came and no one called. I'm 70 years old with no car, and I can't get it

If I had been familiar with the instructions it would have been easy to use - as it was, the sun reflected on the glass panel and i could not read the instructions

Very efficient. I ordered yesterday and my parcel was available before 1pm today.

It took 5 months to deliver a package from France to Argentina, because they didn't inform the contact information of the receiver to their partner UPS. I tried to contact Chronopost Support and couldn't get past the bot during 4 days. Disastrous customer care. It's also impossible to get an answer in english. Only french.

I received texts and emails to update me about the parcel delivery. It was an effective service.

They ruined everything for me. I sent an important certificate to Grenoble, and I paid 33euros just to make sure that it reaches on time. But it has been 4 days, and I still don't know where my certificate is. I contacted the agent, and she does not know. The post office does not know. The WORST mistake of my life was choosing this service.

The best and very quick

Always something with Chronopost. This time the driver called me, I answered his call but he couldn't hear me probably because he didn't have any signal. I even went to the road to look for him, but .... he just left. And the reason on the website ... I wasn' there to accept the package.
So frustrating.

I HATE this delivery service.
I had a package scheduled for delivery today between 8am-10am. I could see it being within 500m from our apartment. At 10:05am, I see a message on the tracking app showing that at 9:51am "they couldn't deliver it because there was no one at home when delivery was attempted". They haven't rung my doorbell nor tried to call me. Then I get an email that says that "following your conversation on the phone with our delivery driver, we confirm that your package will be available within 24h at a pickup point". WE NEVER HAD ANY TELEPHONE CALL! And of course no one picks up when you try to contact customer service. This is the 5th time this happens and I genuinely don't understand how they are not out of business yet.
