The seller was very responsive. They answered all of our questions quickly and provided additional photos, video, and documentation. Chrono24’s standard 14 day escrow service gave us plenty of time to unpack the watch and take it to a local dealer to look at it so we felt confident. We are very pleased the whole transaction.
