I had doubts at first as I had never used Choro24 before, but their entire process and interface were exceptionally well designed, and their execution was spot on. I will gladly use them again in future.

I felt very comfortable reading reviews and the reputation of Chrono 24. I like the communication back-and-forth with the seller and making sure I did receive the product and approved of it. I took the extra step of getting it authenticated which gives me peace of mind. Would use this site again for next purchase. Thank you for a great experience.

Good selection, easy, and trust worthy.

Not working out for me. I'm starting to thin out my watch collection and thought Chrono24 would be helpful. I'm 80 and live in Ontario. Sold the first one - a Rolex 2280 to a buyer in Oregon. It was lost/stolen in transit at the Purolator/UPS hand-over site. Then sold a 9K Movado to a buyer in Netherlands. He claims FedEx delivered it to the wrong person/address. I'm out C$2000 plus their fees and hours of my time pursuing claims. I also tried to put one of my watches in my account's Collection tab and the program messed it up completely - picked the wrong model stainless Rolex instead of a an 18K 34. Looking for an alternative way to dispose of the bottom of my collection.

Very easy Transacation. I purchased the watch with confidence due to the seller's reviews. The watch was perfect and as promised. Seller was very fast.

Package after being tracked step by step was left in front of the house without being signed for at delivery.
For the cost for item I would not use this service again or recommend it to others.

I purchased a pre-owned watch through Chrono24 from an overseas dealer with a 12-month warranty. Within months of receiving it, the second hand stopped working and I was subsequently advised there was a manufacturing fault.

After attempting to resolve the issue directly with the dealer, I contacted Chrono24 for support. Their response was that although EU dealers are required to provide at least a 12-month warranty on pre-owned watches, Chrono24 is not involved in the dealer’s warranty obligations once the 14-day return period has passed. I was simply directed back to the overseas dealer to find a solution.

This is extremely disappointing and not the level of support I expected from a marketplace specialising in high-value international watch purchases.

One of the main reasons for purchasing through a platform such as Chrono24 is the confidence of having an established organisation involved in the transaction. In my experience, that protection appears very limited once the initial 14-day period has ended — even when a genuine fault develops only months after purchase and the watch is still under warranty.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from an overseas dealer through Chrono24. If something goes wrong after the initial return period, you may find yourself having to manage the warranty issue directly with an overseas seller despite having purchased through the Chrono24 marketplace.

Unfortunately, the service and support I have received have not been what I expected.
