This used to be a good company to buy from, but the quality lately has been garbage. Every tee I’ve bought says they can be washed , but when you do, they shrink short and wide making them unwearable. I’m done buying from them.

I have had only good experience with this company. Ordering is easy, prices are very good, simple returns at a "Happy Returns" center and quick refunds. Excellent quality and consistent sizing make this a very good company for me!!

First the website page is horrible because of constant page movement and box/tab dropdowns that cause you to lose your place!

Next, I will never order from there again. The pants did not fit - not even close! I paid $9.99 shipping charge when I bought them and to return them I have to pay another $9.99 "processing" charge! I suppose it's my fault because the do state this upfront (had I looked!). I still think it's terrible to charge both ways! Won't shop there again - my purchase was on-line since there is no longer a store within 100 miles of me.

I have not received my order and cannot get a refund. I have called them several times and have been told I have to make out paperwork that they will email me. Supposedly the email will come from UPIC, I have requested it 3 times and still haven't received the email. I have contacted UPS, and they have told me the package is lost, the amount is $65.72. They seem to have their system for refunds set up to be so laborious that customers will just give up trying to get a refund,

I have canceled my dealings with Christopher & Banks. They said I owed them $63 from 2021. I have talked with both men who handle that department and cannot prove that I ever received the merchandise. My credit card was changed because of fraudulent charges about that time and normally I do not buy any clothing in July, too early for Christmas and no one in my family has birthdays until November. Will not pay for something I don't know what it was.

I have recently rediscovered Christopher & Banks for women's clothing. Recently, I went to their store and purchased several lovely pieces of clothing on sale. Then I ordered several more from their internet site, also on sale. Their clothing is well made and colors are coordinated throughout their lines so that it is easy to put outfits together. I bought tops, skirts, sweaters, and pants--all at excellent sale prices. Their jewelry is also cute and is a good buy when on sale. Everything I bought has washed well (cold, delicate), which is also very satisfactory. I would highly recommend Christopher & Banks.
